I ordered Unique Vintage Plus Size Emerald Velvet Nicola Swing Dress. And was having some issues with FedEx. And Gabrielle went above and beyond to get things on track for me. I contacted her on more then one occasion. And she got the answers for me and got back to me right away. And on a side note the dress was absolutely beautiful and amazing. I would definitely recommend these people.

Their return policy is awful. You've gotta get your return in FAST, as they only give you 30 days, even around the holidays. I'm probably going to pull back from shopping with them. Very expensive for not always good payoff.
I ordered a dress. It was cheaply made very thin material. Could see underwear through. The quality reminds me of a Halloween costume, I will never wear this. Would not let me return. Was a waste of $. They took my review off their website or didn't even allow it on. Don't trust their reviews on their website! It's only the reviews they approve of. I Will never shop from them again.
I emailed the company about the dress that I had ordered and paid for overnight shipping for. It had been a week and had failed to receive a shipping number. When I emailed them asking about it I got no response for days and instead was in email saying that my order was canceled and a refund would be given back to my account. It was very disheartening because I had heard good reviews and I found a really pretty dress for homecoming, but if I tried ordering again, then it would not have come in time
I paid to have my order shipped, instead of using USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex, they used ONTRAC. This carrier has the WORST Reputation regarding lost/stolen/damaged deliveries. Do not order if ever want to get your order. As the picture clear shows" Dont Leave Package Unattended"
Pretty Clothes, horrible delivery and they have no intention to change, and even paying for delivery doesnt help to secure you get your package.

There's a high chance you will not get your item- their fulfillment is atrocious. If you do get your item- I would give an overall 4 out of 5 for the quality- but there is a 30% chance you will actually get your item and/or complete order (especially if it's an item on sale). I wouldn't bother if it's an item you're really counting on to arrive for an event, etc.
They don't seem too bothered if a customer is unhappy or not.

They’ve had issues for a few years and have done nothing to resolve them. Their updated website is worse than the previous (search filters do not work, reviews say an item is 5 stars but the wording of the review does not coincide with that rating-very misleading, etc )

So Unique Vintage's website is FULL of cute items. However, I think it is ridiculously overpriced for made in China quality. I'm disappointed over and over on how poorly made their clothing is. I'd say it's on par with Walmart quality. Their return policy is not the greatest and takes a long time. If I want to spend some money on a pretty vintage-style dress, I go over to pinupgirlclothing.com and pick out something lovely that is EXCELLENT quality, and is also owned and made in the USA.
I bought a dress and received a confirmation, after 3 weeks of waiting for my shipment, I started calling the customer service line. After 3 days of trying to get through to someone and being on hold for an hour at a time, I found out they over sold the dress I ordered and sent me an email saying they refunded me. From the other reviews I'm glad the order didn't go through seems that the quality isn't good and their returns are even worse.

I wanted to return a dress that was stitched poorly (fabric bunched near the zipper which created a hump on my back when wearing the dress) but was told I couldn't return it because it didn't fall within their return policies. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I was told that my body is the reason the dress doesn't fit right. Blaming the customer is the fastest way to lose one.
I returned a package on September 18,2023. I contacted Unique Vintage 2X as one of the returned dresses was to be replaced for an event on September 30th. Not once did I hear back from them. I sent a chat (which said they would contact me back in 24 hours) and did not hear back from them. Today is Oct 13,2023, today I received an email saying they just received my return (25 days after the confirmed shipping date). Also, will it take to get my refund?
"We'll refund you immediately after we process your return. It takes up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post it to your account."
Wow- it will be over a month when I finally receive my replacement dress and the refund. Figure it out Unique Vintage, your dresses may be vintage, but your service and AI should be competent to 2023 standards.
I love your clothes but there are other companies that make great clothes and have good service.

Although I've read negative reviews about their customer service I've never had to deal with them. I would recommend ordering one size up since their clothes seem to be slim cut. However, that being said, I have loved everything I've ordered from them! Definitely take advantage of their payment plans too.
Unique vintage used to be one of my favorite clothing companies to shop with. It's rare to find a company that has this specific type of style available and SO many options. Unfortunate their prices just keep going up while their quality continues to go down. It's clearly fast fashion at boutique prices. Every single thing I've ordered recently has been absolute garbage. A pair of shoes that were 85$ with the hot glue pieces still hanging off and a size too small (despite the tag clearly stating the proper size) a pair of pants that were 60$ made from fabric so cheap and thin - I can't even wear them. I can't believe they're still functioning as a company. It's insulting to market and sell this garbage to hardworking customers.

Ordered a bomber "jacket" it's a joke I have t shirts that are thicker you can see the logo on the back from the inside thats how thin the "jacket" is. No way it will keep me warm in winter or even spring. It's translucent!

Second time I got the wrong order from them, I asked for a resolution other than just a refund or replacement and all they sent me was their standard cookie cutter reply. Not even a personal reply apologizing, just a pre made email reply for returns. I'm done with this place! Don't order from them! I attached pictures of what I order and a picture of the poor quality t-shirt they sent me as well as my email and their reply.

This store has cute attire, but online buyers be warned- they force you to respend your money instantly for returns at their store. If you don't and ask for your money back, you'll never see it. I'm a month in on waiting and all I keep getting told is "sorry, it's processing". Horrible customer service. You've been warned.
So disappointed with Unique Vintage. I ordered 5 items during their summer sale and some of the items were complete garbage. Fabric so sheer it was completely see through. When I tried to return they are saying all items sold during the summer sale are considered final sale. My order confirmation does not say any of my items are final sale but they are refusing to abide by their own return policy. The items in question are still on their website and they are still not listed as final sale. So sad, I've shopped with them for a while now but I never will again.

They contacted me 5 days later saying they were out of stock of the item I purchased and they would have to give me a refund. I looked online and the purse is still on there and it even says "In stock". I don't plan on buying anything off of this site anyhow since the prices are extremely high…
I ordered a plaid coat that arrived with buttons having fallen off and poor stitching. Both items were made in China.
The material itself is low quality and will not last the winter. Looking at other reviews it appears it is hard to return items. Lesson learned--if I want vintage I will make it myself.
For starters I'm a plus sized person, and they have a lot of cute plus sized clothes. But the quality is horrible, I bought two things from this store. The first item was a dress, it has enough fabric, the item doesn't run small, but it hurts. It pinches and pokes, I know beauty is pain, but its ridiculous. The second item was a jumper, cute. But I put it on, and a button fell off. It was loose too! It's not like I was struggling to button it or it was too tight, nah. Gravity just took it and it fell right onto the floor. Also on both of the items I don't think they've ever seen a person with breasts before. I was able to fix them and make them cute, but if you want to buy from this place, but make sure you know how to sew.

I used to love Unique Vintage and the quality of their clothes. They used to offer all sizes but now only seem to be focused on plus size. Also their quality of fabric, construction has gone downhill a lot. I never can get my size anymore. Everything is always a size 12 or larger. When I do find my size it doesn't even fit correctly.

Ordered a dress 6/14/18. Paid $7 standard shipping and received it on 6/23/18. It was super tiny, so I needed to size up. I had to reorder the dress, pay another $7 in shipping AND had $6 deducted from my refund for return shipping. It is 7/3/18, and I still don't have my dress. I had ordered a dress from the UK 2 days later, and received it 4 days later. I could walk to CA and pick the dress up faster than their shipping. I will not be ordering again.
I was a little unsure about ordering due to size listings. Needless to say I ordered and received a piece that needed to be returned. I was offered store credit, and after some deliberation and searching found an item I thought would work. Unfortunately size was an issue again. With the return of this item, I have been not clearly provided how my refund would come. I responded to an email received from them only to get a message that they are the 'return service' and cannot provide further information on how I will get my refund. After calling today, the customer service rep indicated that they 'should be getting my package later today" which is weird because the email I received last week indicated they already had it. Customer service is unable to tell me how I will get my refund and I am expected to call back in 7-10 business days to find out, or wait for an email. Seems like there is a lot of mixed messages I am getting and cannot still be provided insight on my refund. I certainly hope it is not with store credit---- I don't see myself purchasing from this site again.
Customer service has been EXCELLENT! Sylvie not only responded immediately to an email my daughter sent with a question she had, but she also handled a problem that was completely my fault - after hours, and within minutes of me sending the email - when she really didn't have to. It's rare to see such great service - super friendly, too. This was our first time ordering from this company, and we're international customers - but it won't be our last!
I bought one dress, I loved it! But for Canadians it is far too expensive I was disappointed when I had to pay almost the cost of the dress on import taxes! I have bought somethings coming from the States and the cost is not that much. I wish the store would have a Distributor in Canada. A pity because I love their dresses but too expensive just because they come from the States...
