I've been dealing w/Michael for more than 5 years and he's always been able to get the timepieces that I wanted, at very reasonable prices and always with 2-day delivery. Customer service is superb as he stands behind each and every sale. A stand-up gent to deal with.

I've been working with Unique Mechanics and their CEO directly for over 5 years.

He's always paid his bills on time, he's always kept his promises, and when I order other brands items from the site, they always get filled within a reasonable amount of time.

I think that Amazon.com has corrupted people's perception of realistic B2C customer service and shipping time, and you have to remember, not all product is always on-site with websites, often times they must rely on other warehouses to fulfill the orders.

I believe in Unique Mechanics and know that their CEO & Customer Service manager will call vendors, customers, and everyone in between to give you a great brand experience, because they've bugged the heck out of me when I let their customers down on a fulfillment side.

Don't knock it til you try it.

Bought watch, received box, inside box was protective carry case, when I opened carry case, it was empty, no watch inside. Sent 6 emails in the last week and still no reply. If it was an honest mistake by them or taken during transit then why not reply to my emails.

uniquemechanics.com A+. I recently purchase directly from the ebay store, as well directly from the unique mechanics website. The prices directly from the website are a few dollars cheaper but i was told thats because of ebay fees. Overall my experience is A+, the item arrived in 2 days, just as described. I will buy from them again in the future. Thanks for the watch!

I have worked with UniqueMechanics.com for a long time, and every single time they delivery the Invicta and Luminox watches I order overseas. They provide tracking and excellent communication. I would recommend.

I purchased a jaeger watch bracelet for over $1000. I had given them the exact model i was after and the model of my watch and measurements. The bracelet they sent doesn't fit. I returned it via registered post. They didn't accept delivery. It is still awaiting collection at their local post office. They are not communicating. I managed to obtain a refund thru paypal buyer protection fortunately.

Do not purchase from them. They are unethical, unprofessional scammers.

I purchased a watch which didn't work from this sellers eBay store, the seller would not issue a refund after I returned the watch and I had t get my refund from eBay. I then received this disgusting abusive racist message from this seller. I have sent hard copies to the relevant bodies and have hard copies available to anyone that would like to view them
