I ordered a pair ofLeopard Bailey Button Ugg Boots from this company that goes by the name of Official Uggs Outlet- Australia Uggs Outlet Online. This is a FAKE retailer....not legit!! Boots I received are nothing like the picture and made very poorly, using fake materials!! DO NOT order from this company!! The ONLY real site is uggaustralia.com. Wish I had researched BEFORE I purchased! Tammie

T N. if it uses a trademarked name like "uggs" in its URL, you can bet it's going to be fake. I'm surprised you got anything at all. you can always try to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
