Sorry to hear that, I was ripped off to by another company, never received any confirmation etc, but luckily i paid through paypal, I,ve raised a complaint with them but have since learned that my money is hold as they are already under investigation from previous complaints. Dont write your money off, If you paid through paypal go back to them, If you paid on a card that has a visa sign in the corner then your covered by that too, so there may be light at the end of the tunnel for you. good luck x
