I was searching for reasonable price UGG boots. I order a size 8 Ultra Tall Braid Chestnut boot. I received a size W6 short black boot. In contacting the company via e-mail, Please return the item to our Distribution Center (Shipping fees normally $35 per order). And we will exchange the suitable one for you as soon as we receive it. 1. The buyer should pay for the twice shipping fee.
2. For international trade, the replacement will be effected only after the item returns to the Distribution Center. And the buyer is liable for all risks happened in returning process.
3. It might take 15-30 days to solve this problem.
