I have recently ordered a pair of uggs from this site and i went to check if the money had come out of my account but it was £11 more than what it said it was. After i had submitted my card details it just said 'processing' for ages. My bank statement also states that the transaction was from shenzhen china. Their was no delivery details or any important information on this site what so ever!

T N. never trust a site that uses a trademarked name (in this case, ugg) when the only business that can do it is uggaustralia. other sites that sell real uggs legitimately and that aren't scammy usually don't need to resort to illegal and underhanded practices (department stores, DSW / zappos type place). are you able to reverse the charge with your bank?
