They calculate shipping costs some days after the order was paid with paypal
They occurred to be unbelievably high
Took some work to get the refund from paypal

I ordered a Dell Laptop Battery 31.12.2010 and still waiting fro the delivery. I contacted them via Email several time, last time they said the delay was because of the Chinese New Year
They have already charged my Credit Card. I have asked for refund several times but haven't received any response on that subject
I can't recommend this Company

I had a similar experience to the others. I purchased a laptop power supply back in November and haven't yet received it. They blame Chinese new year! Don't deal with them is my advice.

Ordered an HP laptop battery. I specifically declined payment by PayPal. Somehow it was paid from my PayPal account anyway. Have not received the battery and cannot obtain status information.

Ordered adapeter for HP in feb, it is the end of March and nothing. Their tracking number only works for Singapore Post and it stopped showing updates on March 4th. I emailed several times and they responded in very poorly translated English. Wish I found out about the site before paying. Paid with Paypal

Purchased laptop adapter and when received it didn't even work. Emailed company 3 times with no response. No contact phone numbers, no sales invoice included with shipment. Paid for purchase using PayPal and hoping for a refund through their resolution department. Do not waste your money shopping here!

IMO UDTEK are a completely fraudulent outfit. UDTEK Do NOT deal with them! Ordered laptop charger - it never came, they did not respond to emails, they have no phone numbers. I have no idea why soemone does not shut them down.

Had a really bad experience with this site.

Bought a laptop power adapter from this site for my HP 6515b. Description says the connector type was what I was looking for (5mm int, 7.4mm ext). Got it in the mail about 2 weeks later, and you guess it, the connector type was wrong.

So I went to the website and click on their 24x7 support live chat... and you guessed right again, not once did I get any live chat, but an email form instead.
So fine, I filled it out, and got a reply a few days later in broken english, saying they are sorry and please send a picture so that they can "help me solve my problem". So I did just that, and no replies ever since. No response to chaser emails. Nothing.

If only I did more research on this site. Hopefully someone sees this before they make any purchases on that site. The prices can be a bargain, but good luck in getting the right merchandise.

I ordered an ac adapter for my laptop through udtek.com on Feb 25th. The payment was taken from my checking account on Feb 26th. Now, on April 8th, I have yet to receive the adapter. The order has shown as "pending" since I placed the order. I have emailed Udtek using the contact/email address on their website 5 times. I have to receive a reply yet. Their website does not have a US phone number. I can not recommend this website to anyone.

This site is a fraud. Do not buy anything from this site. I can't believe I lost money and I never got my adapter.

This is a worst site... every thing cheating... no customer service contacts... no good service... sent the duplicate products...

DONT DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE. ITS A FRAUD!
