“You guys make great games”

Ubisoft is a great game developer and publisher company. Their site is like any other gaming site like steam but when they have games' prices drop, they drop really low. For example on the day I'm made this review, Rainbow Six Siege Dulexe edition ($30) is $12. Also I like that pre-ordering the Division 2 gives you a free pc game. I would recommend buying from here because sometimes Ubisoft games from steam at full price would get a sale on the Ubisoft site. Good job Ubisoft

Bought 2 copies of Riders Republic for my son and I via epic games. All was well for some months until ubishaft released the bmx update. The update changed system requirements so that now the game no longer starts on the pc. "Support" gave me the run around for weeks until I discovered a forum thread 16 pages long highlighting the problem. Ubisoft just passes the buck, and epic games claims it's not their problem. So they swindled me out of $120, fraud, scam, and bad bad dishonest business.

Not getting a fix for stolen account
Account was stolen with my email address
Made different account all was kinda fine, with example of 2 game's that cost over 30€
Far cry 4 and 5
Live support isn't live just damn bots
Haven't gotten help with my case
All the time asking for screenshots of purchase on Steam and still haven't received any help

Ubisoft can scam your money if you will return game
After i create a ticket they were been marked as resolved. Next I create a new one, so Ubisoft just close tickets to hide a problem. After 10 attemps I received a mail that I need to contact with some "Xsolla" (which is a bot), so I started to message with this bot which is absolutely not ready to solve a problem. In Conclusion I Lost a Money. Do not Trust Ubisoft.

Terrible customer support! The game doesn't run. I am getting following error ''There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product''; even though his was my first time creating an account with Ubisoft.

It's weird, steam games should simply use steam authentication.

After spending too much time trying every troubleshooting I contacted Ubisoft customer support. Only way to contact them is by raising a ticket. Their response speed is 1 reply per day (at the end of the day). That reply isn't useful. It seems they just copy paste some basic stuff from internet and give it to us.

Now they are not replying anymore, don't know what to do next.

I will never again buy a game from UBIsoft.

I am losing all respect for ubisoft. AC is the reason i started gaming and all they now care for is unit profits; i just want to download the Mirage. I can't even purchase a game without JOINING their monthly subscription or using their specific wallet. They forgot about us middle class people and cater to the % that can waste money. I have been drifting to other games because of it and I'm not alone... If the Hidden one's existed Ubisoft would be a target... hehe

Absolutely the worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with. I attempted 2 separate time to get a subscription for my son (wasting $36), yet never got either subscription to work. It is impossible to reach any costumer service. If you get a response via email, they don't answer your questions. You respond back to them for additional help, and you can't understand what they are saying. They didn't give me a refund for either subscription, neither of them never worked. Absolutely horrible company!

Will never deal with this horrible company again

Im playing one of their game named Growtopia and i was sanctioned falsely, it was an error from the auto-sanction system sight, but when i wrote feedback to their support, they arent taking my case seriously,and kept ignoring my feedback, i grinded years for that wealth and it perished in one sec, very bad services!

It is all about same.
$#*!ty app, that let's you buy a subscription, while being registered and stating, that you are in a country, that is not eligible. That is not fair, tricking your clients into paying for nothing.
$#*!ty support, that is unable to see the cause of unavailable service and trying to put the guilt on the buyer.
Incompetent and unprofessional assistance. Are you even checking the links, you are sending? Terms are not available at the link you have provided.
I am sick of Ubisoft.
Will repost this, I have some free time.
Thank you for nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Support is incompetent. You are on your own.
Read other reviews and think twice before going on with a subscription.
There is no refund, even if the service was not provided! As in my case.

Ubisoft has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever seen, the very fact that they decide to remove DLC's and expansions from people who have payed for the product, effectively taking their money for nothing when the promised it, as well as removing multiplayer aspects from games which still have a stable player base.

I bought a collector edition of assassin's Creed mirage, disk will not read or install Ubisoft says I got a bad disk from GameStop but 4 brand new out the box disks later and still same issue and they are not willing to help at all

Tip for consumers:
They do not have good support as in talk you through it you get one email a day if your lucky and if it does not solve the issue you wait more

If you want to be robbed then buy a game from this company when I try to play a game it keeps crashing iv tried to fix it but found it to be impossible they only care about the money and because people have been tricked like me it keeps selling and as long as their sales are good they will never fix this issue.

Kicked me from my r6 match didn't let me reconnect then banned me for 2 days you need to get ur servers up and make them better this happens too much even fortnite servers are better

I got scammed of ubisoftvip for 6000ca be aware of it
Its all fraud.this page is fake ppl sharing they commissions.

I've been trying to get in contact with their customer service since the second of September and I still haven't gotten a reply. I've sent three emails, reached out on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The contact us page on their website is also not very useful at all, I tried to get in contact with them through there twice explaining my original issue (still not resolved because I can't get in tough) and both times it said my attempt was unsuccessful. My original issue was that I never received the Verification email a couple of months ago and then I seemed to have forgotten my password because I couldn't log in. This morning I finally managed to get by creating a 'new' account using the same email i did previously, but now I've lost my games including the one I got only last week.

My old email account was hacked and deleted. Got a new emailadress and tryed to change my emailadress on my Ubisoft account. That was not possible. Contacted customer service. After several weeks I got an email to send a code. I did. No answer anymore. I decided to delete my account and create a new one. Only to find out the bought games on Steam are bound to the old account. Contacted customer support again with the question to recover my old account and change my emailadress. Got the same email where they asked for information. I gave the information. No answer anymore. Replyed those emails a few times, no answer. Im angry right now and refunded my Ubisoft games on Steam. I never coming back at Ubisoft again.

After almost a decade of the game Rainbow Six Siege existing their servers still seem to be of the quality of a 4th graders potato conductivity science project after the potato expires and rots into the your mom's kitchen sink after being neglected for a week. My whole winter break was ruined after I struggled for HOURS to get into one ranked game, as the servers either wouldn't let me into a game or got me into a game just to kick me and threaten to ban me for an hour because of THEIR servers rotting away into my mom's sink. Honestly i wish that all Ubisoft elites, employees, and associates lose their job that they're BARELY DOING due to them absolutely demolishing my weekend plans. Please fix this game Ubisoft, fortnite figured these problems out after like a month. Tbh im not sure if their operating zone for their servers has been mute jammed, thatchered, or they are a sadistic group of individuals set on making my life similar to the feeling of being boiled alive while having to listen to Nicki Minaj's music with NO music videos. I going with the latter. With much wanted infliction upon you, Ubisoft, i wish you well ig.

No support! No refunds for non-working games and services! Fu... g swindlers from ubisoft! Not recommeneded at all! Don't buy anything in theit pseudo-store if you don't want a problems!

I have purchased on their website (uplay) heroes of might and magic 7 (been a huge fan of the series) just to find out that they are selling half-made game (ai and optimalization errors) and did not even patch it. Instead they do not provide even technical support for it and shut down the series.
The only good thing was that I could buy the game for less than $15.

Make proper use of refunds.

I've been a fan of the games made by Ubisoft since Prince of Persia and i must say that their game were and are amazing, to be honest i love the company especially because i'm a huge fan of Assassin's Creed and i played all of the franchise, heck i didn't even know there were chronicles untill they gave them out for free on xbox gold.
One of their newest games, AC Odyssey and Far Cry New Dawn dissapointed me because their are made exactly based upon their previous game, exactly like AC Rogue and AC 3.
I really like where they are heading with Rainbow Six Siege and how they are constantly improoving and if i'm correct i like how Ubi Montreal (i believe is the HQ) makes use of every affiliates worlwide like Ubi Barcelona, Bucharest or Quebec.
Also i love how from time to time they giveaway or make incredible discounts for their games, even oneof the newest!
