Maybe not the best customer service. Do not respond to my email and their phone number is useless as you just sit and wait BUT... I bought second row Dream Theater Tickets last minute for $34 per ticket for me and my son and thank god, worked like expected. Almost too good to be true. Same tickets were be sold for $200 plus. So was nervous when these came for so cheap. Emailed the tickets to me within an hour and all was great. I would use again!

Uberseat sold me tickets through Seatgeek and even confirmed them within 15 minutes. 3 months later they decided to refund my money without an email or any notification. By that time ticket prices had increased by 400%. Customer Service has been a complete waste of time. Nothing more here than empty apologies and lies. Seatgeek asked me to follow up on what happened. Somehow they are actually worse than Uberseat, Do not under any circumstances buy anything from Uberseat or Seatgeek.

Do not buy tickets from this site. I ordered Janet Jackson Tickets over a year ago. She postponed her concert. I have been reaching out to uberseat for a new date and no one has called me back or emailed me back in over six month. She is in my area however, it looks like I will be losing my money because I cannot contact them for the change. What a rip off.

I tried purchasing packers tickets and kept getting a weird error message after clicking "buy". I did this three times. Never got a confirmation email or anything but they still charged my card for over $1,600 three times... I've called countless times, emailed and am never able to get a response.

What is wrong with you UberSeat?!? How can you seriously treat your customers like this?!? After reading reviews I know I'm not the only one.

Get your $h! T together!

I was hesitant ordering concert tickets from this site due to the reviews, but am happy that I did. I received the tickets three days before the show and got in with no problems! Thank you UberSeat!

My daughter bought Hawks tickets last Friday. And after reading these reviews i was freaked out! Good news. Our ticket came FEdX on Tuesday for the game this Sunday... Well, they just entered the United Center. We got exactly what we paid for, no problems, no issues.

My event is in less than two days and my order still says, "Pending Shipment". I've emailed them three times and called four. No response. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then it said to leave a voicemail. I called right back and then it went straight to voicemail.

This is definitely a scam! My tickets were over $200 and they won't answer me, so I probably won't even receive a refund. Worst experience I've ever had buying tickets. I will never order from them again!

Ordered tickets on 10/12. Received e-tickets on 10/15 (after emailing their support). The Cubs were eliminated in 4 games so game 5 did not occur. Requested a refund on 10/21 and the money was back in my account by 10/23.

My only complain would be that you cannot get ahold of them via phone. I tried calling multiple times on different days (once before 5pm cst and once at 930 am cst and did not receive an answer).

Outside of that, I would do business with UberSeat again.

We ordered 2 tix for New Years Eve performance comedian Brian Regan. He cancelled. No refunds?! Just wait for the reschedule and hope you can attend?

Ordered 3 tickets for a baseball game for my boyfriend and his father for his birthday, they took my money right away and sent me 2 tickets! The other ticket is nowhere to be found, customer service has not responded in 4 days. Called the State Police and was told I can make a report but they won't persue it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I've emailed and called and left numerous messages to no avail!

Reading everyone's reviews and wondering why they had these problems. Ordered NFL tickets from them. Very next week received the tickets in a download and printed them. No issues. I would use them again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Received the wrong tickets from seller and customer service is completely unavailable to help. I lost over $100 dealing with this company. They don't even respond to emails.

These SCAM reviews go back 2 full years. How on Earth are they still in business? Anyone else notice that when you type in "www.uberseat the drop down menu also pulls up www.seatgeek.com? Are they one and the same?

I tried to buy tickets on UberSeat but their system sold me one ticket for the WRONG DATE. Also, they got the QUANITY WRONG. Wrong date. Wrong quantity. I sent them an email and complained. Someone named "Matt" called me back and gave me their useless corporate policy which was they refuse to give credits. So, Matt, here is your NEGATIVE REVIEW. DON'T USE THIS WEB SITE! Warning Warning everyone... DO NOT USE UBER SEAT...

Family paid $30,000 for super bowl tickets, 10 people total, very excited. When we arrived in Phoenix, they claimed the tickets were no longer available. When you make a purchase, they take your money and don't even have the tickets. DO NOT USE, you will lose money. Company should be taken down by whatever means possible. A disgrace to human race and America.

I Purchased tickets through seatgeek from Uberseat for the Beyonce Formation Tour at Metlife stadium. Reading the reviews I was extremely nervous! I had no issues whatsoever. My tickets were delivered via fedex way before the concert date. I walked into metlife tickets were scanned and enjoyed the show. I will definitely use again.

The reviews are encouraging potential customers not to use this website. I would really like to purchases some tickets through your program but would like some reassurance that i will not endure the nightmare some have experienced. 1. Once purchased how soon can i print etickets or receive tickets for a Dec 2,2015 nba game? 2. i will be travelling out of state and would like for this process to be smooth as possible. What can assurance can you offer with this transaction?

I recently purchased Janet Jackson tickets and she canceled her whole tour due to her being pregnant. I have been emailing this company for months trying to see if i could get my money. I called there *******955 and no one answers the phone. I will never purchase any tickets from this company. They are a scam.

We bought 4 tickets for Ed Sheeran on SeatGeek. Said tickets were through Uberseat. Received email shortly after stating that seats would be confirmed within 24 hours of purchase. A few hours later, I received an email confirming the purchase with the tickets attached. I had question on weather/refund policy and received an answer almost immediately. Based on this experience, I would order again from them - I had no issue!

Turns out if you call this place 20 minutes after your credit card is fraudulently used, they still run it and help the criminals obtain free stuff on your hard earned income. And it's no surprise they will help you feel at ease by referencing your credit cards policy of protection and their reimbursement of funds to you. Ironically 3 other ticket companies notified of same problem stopped the charges and canceled tickets. I'd suggest using a site where honor and integrity outweigh fraud.

Hi Joshua, if someone fraudulently used your card to purchase tickets, you need to contact your bank first and foremost to issue you a new card and take off the fraudulent charges off of your card. UberSeat cannot take off the charges on your, as we do not have access to your bank information.

We did not run your card. You called us about a fraudulent charge on your card after the order had already been placed. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do at that point--you must get in touch with your bank so they can stop the fraudulent activity on your card. We can't reimburse your card because your bank already did so--PayPal refunds cards for fraudulent activity.

UberSeat is just a ticket company, so we cannot prevent fraudulent activity nor can we reverse any charges on your card. Most credit card companies are able to protect you if you credit card is compromised, but it is not UberSeat's responsibility to do that for you. Please reach out to PayPal to dispute the charges and notify them of the fraud you see on your card.

Want to buy d romantic a company that hides its policies aND terms? Great then UBER SEATS IS for you. Forget if they don't advise or you didn't have a box stating you agree to terms. Forget if you called right back (your calls will not be answered, leave a vm) cause that's how reputable companies operate, right? Want to be told that you can go resell th tickets even though it's what they do, perfect. You'll love them. I'd toy don't have those expectations the. Go to a real company like stub hub.

UberSeat has business hours from 10am-6pm EST and we have significant staff on hand in order to help resolve any issues. We can be reached at 1-888-501-3955. In some situations, all representatives may already be on a call assisting other customers. Instead of making customers wait on hold for an undetermined amount of time, UberSeat offers a voicemail service that makes it so we can respond to calls in the order that they come in.

In regard to cancellations and terms and conditions, UberSeat has policies that are consistent across the secondary ticket market. Once an order is placed, there is no way to process any kind of cancellation, refund or exchange. This is the same policy that every secondary market ticket company (including StubHub) employs in order to make sure tickets are valid and not double sold by mistake. As with any purchase made on the internet, terms and conditions must be accepted before a transaction can be processed. Both seats, three hours later get an email that they can't get them for me even though it said instant download when I purchase them. Absolute clowns, spend the extra 10 bucks and use a real company

Double sold tickets and didn't advise me until I asked where my "e-tickets" were. They said they would send another set and never did. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more if you have to, as you will most likely have a problem. Look at all their negative reviews... I'm not the only one!

This was my first time using UberSeat. I purchased 4 tickets to a Cubs baseball game. My tickets were emailed to me within 5 minutes.
However, after reading so many negative reviews, I started to worry that my family would arrive for our first game at Wrigley Field and find that our tickets were no good. Alas! The tickets were good and we had a great time. Paid $9/ticket for a family of 4 to see the Cubs. Awesome! We are going to another game next week and will continue to use UberSeats.
