I am using Tutorpace services from last 3 years. I am happy with his tutoring services because I find all tutors at one place & it provides 24 hour tutoring services both are in my favour
The tutors frequently have connectivity issues. We start working on a problem, they get disconnected and then they connect me to a different one. Way to waste time. I've had scheduled sessions where no tutor showed up. The customer service department is unhelpful when it comes to dealing with complaints, they turn a blind eye and refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. I won't be using this service anymore. The price is competitive but like they say, you get what you pay for.

If you have time to wait a long time for your tutors it's fine, if not, don't bother with them
I signed up for a free trial and I didn't use a single hour. Then, I get charged $20. I sent an email to them 2 weeks ago and got no reply. I sent another email today so I guess we'll see what happens. Use Chegg or other more reliable tutor sites. This thing is a scam. They just want your money.

It has been really easy and comfortable to have session with neutral accent tutors when I dealt with TutorPace.com for my homework help. Isn't this supposedly a 24 hour service? I signed up for 2 additional hours and now they won't even connect me to a tutor. I don't have time to wait around for them for 30-60 minutes and then if I happen to leave my seat and they DO connect the session starts and my time/money is wasted. I tried to contact someone on the staff about this but no one seems to be there either. I want my money back. SO done with this place!

I wanted to get help. They connected me to a tutor and the tutor stated that the tutor would help. I was surprised to see the tutor doesn't even know the topic, but just blabbering about out of topic. I spent money on this. I was really disappointed. They couldn't help me at all. Don t go to this site.
