I order a satin shrug to go with my mother of the bride dress and the shrug was very snugged around my arms and back. I decided to order another as the weeding day was in less of a week. I paid express shipment and the shrug fit a bit better but was then a bit loose from the chest but decided it will have to do. The problem was once I wanted to return the first order I was made aware that the order had to be ship within 7days from the order date. I was not please with customer service as they could not accommodate a first time customer. So now I'm stuck with an extra shrug that fits too tight.

Won't return my money. Won't respond to emails about it. They return emails quickly about shipping but take their time with returns and haven't heard a single word on when I will get my money back.
Lots of sites... lots of prices. I questioned them on ebay and their response was to raise the rest of their ebay prices and laugh. Guess they are doing just find in this economy, shop around!
