Well for me it's working really fine, i have their service since 2 years ago. They have global payment methods, my members can pay everywhere. It think they are trustful due to this, there's no risk of fraud. Well here it says the server locations, are the little flags. http://sales.truxgoteamspeak.com/ I suggest you talk to them... as you say, you need to talk to the support,, i prefer doing that... their support it's on front desk, not like other companies that just work by tickets.

Hello. Truxgoteamspeak is terrible website, you have a better chance running a Teamspeak server on an old computer than this website, they only care about the money. You make a purchase with no options at all, like server location then they only send you your Teamspeak server info when you talk to them, I was dumb enough to do that. Their servers only located in Germany, but they don't tell you that. At least until you purchase something from them. One important thing: they speak poor English, English isn't my first language and I had a lot of trouble with them, I don't recommend this website at all under any circumstances…
