I wouldn't recommend using tripletshare or as they were called, easyflat, if you can possibly find another option! I have been waiting for months and months for the return of my deposit and they have avoided replying to any of my emails. Even though I'm a spanish speaker, anyone who returns to the UK isn't likely to see their deposit ever again! Some serious problems that could have easily been avoided.
SCAM!
Internet less than 1mb/s(in contract 15mb/s). No heating and hot water for 2 weeks when outside was -1. Problem with deposit return, and charged for damages which I haven't done! If you leave uk they will propably steal your deposit and ignore calls and emails.
I am beginning to feel that this company is a company of liar and incompetent idiots. I have been chasing the management team for my deposit for almost a month and all they have been able to do is give me excuses every single time I call. I would advice anyone to not rent a property via tripletshare. You will be better off with a firm which actually respects their customers and give your diposite back as they promised
AVOID AT ALL COST!
I have lived in one of their properties for 3 months now and have had nothing but problems since I moved in.
No hot water - We have no hot water available in the bathroom so I have to go to the gym to take a shower! They tell me everyday on the phone that someone is coming to fix this.
No internet available - Any problems you have, the company tell you to go on their website and register a ticket for a repair to be made. How can I do this without an internet connection?!
No usable toilet - The toilet in the bathroom does not flush!
Rat infestation - I constantly see rats run along the kitchen floor at night time. I saw one in my bedroom yesterday!
Broken Kitchen window - The window has been broken since I moved in and it is hanging off the wall by the hinges. This is very dangerous!
If you call the company up, they are very rude to you on the phone, especially a girl called Elisa Vitale. Her manners are terrible.
Myself and my flat mates also receive letters from the company every month claiming that we have not paid our rent and that we need to pay again!
If you want to pay your rent by cash, they will charge you £10. If you want to pay by card, they will charge you 7% of your total payment! They are total scammers!
