A very good place to ask seasoned travellers about their experiences. For travellers, and by travellers.
Everything is over moderated, you can't post negative reviews so there is no warning anybody about things to avoid, and one respected user decided to correct me on my own hometown with misinformation and arrogance claiming someone on the other side of England knows how to move around in London in Rush Hour than a native. This person doesn't know what she's talking about yet every thread has to see the same scrutiny of 'fill in your profile' there are people posting threads not needing any advice having to kowtow to these users, avoid this if you don't wish to be insulted or lied to. Amsbury, Wiltshire sucks, they know it, you can't warn people about it, and if you even suggest Boycotting Israel, it gets deleted.

I find Travellers Point a really handy tool for planning an itinerary. You can work out where you are going to travel and the distances that you'll be travelling each day.
Unfortunately it's not quite such a handy tool when you are actually on your road trip.
First of all there is no app so you can only open it in a web browser on your phone.
Secondly, when you are driving along on your holiday and you open Travellers Point, you can see where you are meant to be heading for that day but that is it. You cannot actually click on the destination for the day and get it to open in Google/Apple Maps and provide you with directions. You actually have to type this information in so from this perspective it is reasonably useless as a travel planning tool.
