SO THIS TRANSFERBIGFILES.COM WAS CHARING ME 8.00 PER DAY SINCE THE END OF THIS PAST JULY 2022 ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF AUGUST. I CALLED MY BAND AND THEY VERIFIED THIS ACTIVITY AS WELL.
I RECOMMEND YOU STRONGLY CONSIDER NOT USING TRANSFERBIGFILES.COM
WHEN YOU CALL THIS SERVICE *******900 YOU GET A COMPANY THAT APPARENTLY MAKES SOFTWARE FOR COMPANIES.ITS UNCLEAR IF THIS SERVICE OWNS TRANSFERBIGFILES.COM OR NOT. I CALLED ON A SATURDAY AND THEY ARE CLOSED. NEVER THE LESS, WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY IT SHOULD BE PAID MONTHLY NOT DAILY.

I lost my credit card, so I had to update my cc info on their site. I get a "site error" response. I try different credit cards, it doesn't work. I call up my CC company, tranfsferbigfiles.com has not charged my card. SO, the problem is on their side. I try to contact them through their customer service email, I get no response. It's been about a week, and I still can't process a payment, so a lot of the files I received from customers, I can't access. I was a loyal customer, but it seems as though their company is about to fold. If they can't process CC payments, something is really wrong.

This website used to be awesome to use to upload big files through it but recently the website says the files have been sent but no confirmation email was received and sent to recipient. They were hacked about a year ago and I think must have been again. I'm done with them now!

Terrible experience. Transferbigfiles use to be great, but now it's a trainwreck. They lost my files with no explanation, lousy customer service, can't upload, download. Very sad.

Half the time, we can't get our files to upload properly and today, the site won't come up at all - DNS Server error is coming up, when we run diagnostics.

We are switching to another file storage site!

After reading all the reviews, the -ve outweigh the +ve by a long shot. I won't be using the service. Thanks for the reviews. I'm guessing the 1st +ve review was submitted by someone in the company... just sayin'!

I've been a paying customer for many years. I've had trouble uploading big files and it's wasted a lot of my time. My customers have been complaining that their downloads won't complete. I'm moving on because their site is not living up to their promises.

Also,
I have super fast fiber optic internet service and uploads to their site are super super slow!

I am really upset with this company. I used their service once to transfer one file, then found out my employer has the service and I do not need to carry it privately. I have notified them numerous times by mail that I do not need this service and every month they still debit my bank account. How can I get you to stop billing me and reimburse my account for all the extra money you have taken from me since I first notified you of why I need to cancel, TransferBigFiles?

I loved TBF.com, but it stopped working about a month ago. There have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so I cancelled them and went over to DropSend which works fine, plus I get an email from receiver.

Buyer be ware! I was under a deadline and was having a problem with dropbox, so i tried this co. IT NEVER WORKED and ate up more of my deadline. Plus, it wouldn't show whether it was working or not, just a tube that never filled up. That SAME day i sent email canceling my subscription but they continue to charge me EVERY MONTH, even tho my credit card disputes it and credits my card EVERY MONTH. I have sent endless email and they will NOT acknowledge. Companies like this disgust me because they intentionally provide NO WAY to contact them and will not respond when you do.

In fairness, I cannot speak to the quality of their service, because I have never used it. In equal fairness, I can say that their responsiveness to me when I filed a complaint was very quick, and directly from the CEO. Now the standard response I got from one of the techies was less than stellar and riddled with standard "not our fault but yours" language.

As to what I can speak to... they are guilty of regularly sending emails to various invalid email addresses at a domain owned by me, which I get in my catch-all account and must waste my time with. I did not solicite the emails, I do not want the emails. They provide no information about the sender. They provide no link for me to unsubscribe. And when I request that they stop sending emails to my domain they refuse. And their only defense is the old lame "ISP defense" of "We can't help it when our customers send you SPAM". Being a middle man to SPAM does not release you from the culpability of SPAM.

I HATE TRANSFERBIGFILES with a passion.

Not only do they take way longer than megaupload.com to send files, but of course, after a 7 hr long upload session they kindly say "An unknown error has occurred".

You ruined my life.

I've been using Transferbigfiles for the last twelve (12) years without incident always worked great. My customers understand how it is used, we consistently transfer multi megabyte, sometimes gigabyte files.

Transfer Big Files provides an excellent service. I have used them for a year, sharing large files with all kinds of clients and colleagues with ease. They do what they say they will do and they do it in a timely manner.

I'm sorry for the other reviewer here who blames Transfer Big Files for ruining her life and am glad she has found a service that works better for her.

Works like it says in the url - transfer big files. The user interface is simple and easy to use. Notifies when individual recipients download files. And the management console is great.

Have used it many times with no issues whatsoever. Love that I can share big files for free - great site that I will continue to use
