I ordered a wig from this company, over £100, waited 2 months. Arrived in plain box, no paperwork, looked like a dead cat, very poor quality. Despite saying refunds possible, they refused. Do not use, based in China and suspect not registered

The worst company ever. Useless products, no returns. A complete rip off. Please do not purchase and support this company.

Every time I order they send me a fake tracking number. This last time they told me my item shipped and couldn't provide an update tracking number for me. They refuse to respond to any emails. They have yet to refund my money. I will make a police report for this fraudulent company.

I was very skeptical in patronizing this company because of bad reviews. However, I'm glad I did. Ordered Skin Tight a B&C product and the process was easier and better than Amazon.com. Price is the lowest online. Guys, Buy It! Very pleased! Thanks Jim W.

The customer service is shocking. Rude, non-responsive, would not allow me to cancel and extremely poor, dismissive service. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The wig was also rubbish when it came. Now battling a return process. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a wig,paid nearly £200,I waited weeks for it to arrive,when it did eventually arrive I couldn't believe it,it was nothing like the style or colour I ordered,it is hideous,I've threatened them with Trading standards and a solicitor and they're still only offering me a 25% refund. Please do not buy from this company,it's a joke.

All the reviews are true I thought Paypal would protect me. Unfit for purpose, not as described, appalling customer contact. Tophair, Urhair and *******@gmail.com are connected. No addresses or telephone numbers!
Do not use these people, they will use you. Albeit they breach The Consumers rights Act 2015 Paypal did not protect me. Following advice from Which, I will seek advice from the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Future wigs will be bought from my usual honest retailer who has a telephone and UK address.

I bought a wig from these people and can't believe the rubbish they sent to me. I asked for a refund but they refused and said to try it again. My goodness I feel totally ripped off and would love to see these rogues shut down.

I want to return item colour and style not suitable but company proving difficult and unhelpful. Only offering 25-30% back. Nightmare!

Different wig sent then ordered, different color... lousy customer service... the worst. Had to go to Paypal for justice... if you are even thinking of doing it DON'T DO IT... you will regret your actions. They are in China not the UK and returns for those outside the UK it is only by Royal Mail. LOUSY LOUSY EXPERIENCE from start to finish. BUYERS BEWARE

These wigs are not the same as the picture and the quality is really poor, tried to return the wig but they are claiming it's not theres even though all the details match, just a scam

I ordered a Nairobi relaxer and I got a invoice, with all my shipping information, tracking number, my item was forwarded to the wrong address and I have never had a issue with my address. The USPS said to contact seller, and I emailed there's no contact phone number, I'm never purchasing from this site, it's a scam!

Order a bottle of B's Jamaican black castor oil my order was delivered within 3 to 4 days I was able to call to check on my order the next day after i order and they said it had already been shipped. Never had a problem about them answering the phone

The wig I ordered looked nothing like the photo and looked terrible. I contacted them by email the day after receiving the wig stating how it did not look good at all and was nothing like the photo in add. They told me to take to a hairdresser to cut it into the style. "REALLY". Have to be joking. After many emails going back and forth and them offering to make me another wig if I sent them more money and also offering me a refund of 10%, which was $14.00. "REALLY". Have to be joking. They ended up refunding me $50 After threatening them With contacting PayPal. I have to leave this review as if you think they are a money back guarantee company, forget it, they are not. Also, the wigs are nothing like the photos in there add.

Ordered by nothing appeared - £92 down the drain :( Very disappointed. No avenue to complain or correspond with company

Purchased a wig which turned out to be too small, colour not as described (ash blond not grey as requested). Contacted Tophairwigs and received what appears to be standard wording of"try it on again". Second mail dubious claims of handmade to order, expensive to produce etc. Third response, Send photograph to them of wig, and keep it as a spare if you order another at 20% discount. Fourth response, order another etc etc. All from Lucy.
At no stage was a returns address offered, nor anything other than a mild apology for the inconvenience felt. At no stage has a refund been offered even though it has been requested on all of our emails. I can only say I do not recommend this company or any of the other names it trades as, and I urge you to read their returns policy before parting with a penny.

I ordered hair from this company on last Thursday and received it on Saturday. I am pleased with the quick turnaround, the accuracy of my order and the affordable flat rate shipping fee. I was hesitant to purchase from this store with all of the negative comments in the reviews, but could not find the hair that I wanted locally, so I took a chance and glad I did. Top hair wigs.com came through for me and I will be using them again.

I tried to contact them numerous times regarding a relaxer that expired in 2018 (I ordered it 11/2019). I have gotten no response. Easy enough mistake that can easily be fixed. I am very disappointed with their unprofessionalism.

If I could give them nil stars I would. The wig bore no relation to the one advertised. It was marmelade orange when it should have been hilighted blonde and it was a good 8 inches longer than advertised. It is HORRIBLE It is not fit for purpose and I am entitled to 100% refund. They advertise hat they refund if not satisfied. THIS IS A LIE.They have sent at least eight emails attempting to avoid their obligation. Everything from offering to make a new one at half price, swapping it for another from a totally unsuitable selection for postage of £35 and a 10% refund now upped to 15% with the threat that if I don't accept it I will get nothing. I am now going to take it to the statutory authorities.

I have had to select a rating to allow me to post this so ignore. I have cancer so ordered a human hair wig on 20. 2. 19 received it this week. Its disgusting! Not human hair synthetic and poor quality at that! Paid £112. Told them not what I ordered. They tried to fod me off with other Wigs costing me more. When I said I wanted me money back said I can have £10 as this awful thing was hand made. Joke don't touch them at all.

Purchased a real hair wig from this company. What i recieved looked nothing like the wig i ordered and had no lace front advertised in their discription. I emailed customer services and included photographs of the wig and requested a return address and a refund. I had a reply from Lucy asking me to keep the wig as they would not be able to resell it and offered to send a stock wig as compensation and requesting 20 GBP to cover shipping cost. I declined and again requested a refund.the next email suggested i wash and comb it and try it again and offered me a 10GBP in compensation. After many more emails requesting a return address and refund i have recieved replies offering silly amounts of compensation and offeres to remake the wig if i send them more money. I am still sending emails and the replies from Lucy are beginning to look like copies of emails they have already sent. I am no longer sure i am addressing real person. This is a company without scruples or any moral code. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

I ordered clippers on the 4th of November paid extra for priority express mail. Didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation until I called the next day asking for a refund. He was very rude told me my email wasn't working. That's the best excuse you can come up with? He told me I'm serving your tracking number and hung up on me. They don't respond to emails. They don't have hours up. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. It's November 06 and I still haven't revived my clippers or a refund on my shipping. Usps hasn't even received my package yet just a label was printed. I'm so mad I trusted an off brand site never again. I just want my money back. I needed theses for work.
