Several hundred dollars and had one money, and after a few months tried to cash out. They pretended to do the cash outs by taking the money out of the team, but never paid the money to me either by check or any other meme. This is a police campsite. I emailed her port several dozen times you just keep getting the runaround. No one is ever going to pay you back. Do not ever use this site.

Not even deserve 1. Scamming people. It has been more than 2 years now and they keep saying that my cash out is on cue.

Completely unreliable website. They had the lines for old games for 2 weeks. Site is constantly telling me there are"temporary problems" and to "try back". Have read the negative reviews on Top Bet but have to say that my experiences with them has been really good. I have only experienced one short delay on a payout a few months ago but when I spoke with their customer service they were able to explain the delay, they supplied an update on my tracking number, and I received my money a few days later. The rest of my payouts have all been on time! I will still use them until they give me reason not but I can understand some of your frustrations.

This is a scam operation. For those fortunate to "apply" for a withdrawl must endure weeks if not months to receive your money. They lie to the customer every time you call to see why the funds have not arrived. First excuse is: "we go by business days" The second excuse... which goes on for weeks... is: "it is delayed at our third party payer: Then... they say that they will need some time to contact the third party payer. This joint is the classic con. They want to use your money and delay, delay delay... for months. This operation is pathetic. STAY AWAY!

I have been waiting on a max pay out of 2500 since Jan. 25th. They claim to pay out within 15 business days. I have called every 3 days since & now is April 1. This is not April fools just me being a fool for trusting them. They blame everything thing on a third party company but will be glad to take your money. This place is a scam, beware. First when on the phone with them it sounds like you are talking to someone in a boiler room somewhere far away. When I signed up they gave me a $175 signing bonus and told me that I would have to make 3 bets in order to keep the bonus and I did make many more than 3 bets. I just called in to cash out approximately $800 dollars and they told me they would not give me anything back because I had not made $3000 in bets. They won't even give me the $800 - $175 bonus. Stick with Bovada never had this experience with them. Stay away!

It's been over a month since I requested a payout. I still haven't received my check. I call everyday to ask for s status update and they give me the same b. S excuses. I processed a withdrawal on 5/2/16. It is now 5/28/16 and they are still telling me that they are having problems with their Third Party Processing Company. Their website states you must allow for 10-15 business days to process a payout which they were quick to point out when I called to check the status of my withdrawal on Saturday 5/14 and I was told it had only been 10 business days (Which is bull$#*! to start with. Process a withdrawal with Bovada and the FedEx guy is knocking on your door two or three days later). However, when I emailed them on Saturday 5/21 and asked what the process time for a withdrawal request here is the exact response I was given, We dont have a specific processing time about this but once the tracking number is available we will send an email as soon as possible. The bottom line is they are thieves! There is no acceptable reason it takes more than 3 weeks to cut a check for less than $1,000. Do yourself a favor dont send TOPBET.COM one shinny penny of your money because they will not payout if you win. This is the lastest response I have gotten which basically says stop asking us for updates. "We will be needing more time to work on it. Let me return this favor, We will be the one who will update this status from time to time. Once we've got this update we will notifying you via email or giving you call on the phone number on your account."

Received the check yesterday (44 days after request) waiting for funds to clear.

I thought about bumping the review up to 2 stars since they actually did send a check, but as I did I thought about the reason I made the withdrawal in the first place. I placed a parlay about 2am one night on two games that were starting at 7pm the next night. About 3 minutes after I placed the bet I sent an email requesting to lock the pitchers which I had forgot to do. Even though neither game started for another 17 hours they would not alter the bet or cancel it so I could re-play it with the pitchers locked without me having to call and speak with a manager the next day after 10am. I thought that was pretty lame seeing as how I had only been a customer for about two weeks so I took my action elsewhere. The hassle of chasing my money around for the last month and a half has ruined the first part of the baseball season for me though so I have to stay at 1 star. Go with Bovada, they have always had a check at my door no later than 3 days after requesting a payout.

I won a bet with Topbet, and then My bank (on their own) blocked the payment request. The payment request from TopBet, on my bank statement, showed as "shirt-and-ties.org" with a phone number. The phone number and website address are based in Georgia/Russia. The same day that payment request came through from TopBet, and for the first time ever, there was an attempted transaction for 329.00 from China. Never before has this happened to me. I called TopBet and they told me that they contract with payment companies all over the globe. I told them about the 329.00 payment request and that that had only happened since I gave them my debit card info and never before. They told me it had nothing to do with them. Then they told me because my bank blocked the transaction, they were taking my winnings, and if I wanted to retrieve them, I had to wire transfer money to them via person to person then they provided me (as they explained) a randomly generated name of a person located in the Philipinnes to which I was to wire 100.00 to. They said I needed to do this in order to fund my account and gain access again to my winnings. I then sent an email to their main support email address to ask if this was correct and no one has gotten back to me. Luckily, I retained my original investment by my bank blocking their attempted payment request.

Stay as far away from this site as you can, Black Jack in the casino is fixed. When you play on your smartphone you will see your available balance in the top right corner. As an example you have 20.00 in your account and you make a 10.00 bet. Your balance is now 10.00, after you've finished with your hand either taking your hits or standing, the dealers card gets flipped over and if you won the hand your balance will change to 30.00 dollars (10.00 wager and 10.00 for winning the hand) before you see the dealers draw cards! Before the dealer gets his draw cards if the balance remains the same it means you lost! The cards are fixed and the system knows what cards are coming out. Completely understand gambling is a risk, however, when your balance reflects a win or loss before you know what the final cards are for the dealer, that's a huge concern TOPBET has the system fixed. I was betting between 10-15 dollars a hand, was up over 375.00 from the sports book and lost every penny in a 30 minute span. I didn't notice the fixed card dealing until the last 4 hands, immediately reported it and they credited me 50.00 bucks. Whatever you do, do not play on this site - the casino is completely fixed and do not have the proper card shuffle. It's a complete scam!
