STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My bespoke order was taken and i paid upfront a four figure sumfor my special order kennels, delivery was promised in 2 weeks. 8 weeks later my order turned up danaged and not to my specification, i refused delivery , and was then told by tolvi besically 'tough luck' after weeks of emails letter i informed trading standards and threatened with legal action , they then agreed to remake my order to the original correct specification within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks my order had only made it to a transport depot that could not deliver to me due to the size , meaning i had to arange my own courier to go and collect it, which tolvi agreed to pay for. Upon collection the kennels were scratched , poorly made and with missing parts. Tolvi has not responded to any of my letter or emails and haas not paid for the courier as agreed, The customer service is terrible , in particular the managers attitude to customer service is discusting. PLEASE do alot of research before using this company if you search the internet you will find alot more reviews echoing the same experience that i have had. My advice is go elsewhere and do not pay upfront! i was VERY lucky to at let get some good back from t hem, i hve since heard of many instances where people have been left massivley out of pocket because of tolvi
I was ripped off by this company and they still have my money
how did they rip you off?
I purchased some stuff from there web site and four months later no stuff no money. They wont give me my cash back. If you ask anyone in the trade they all say the same thing that these guys are not to be trusted.
They have done this type of thing before with a previous company that went down owing loads of people money.
oh well £800 down the drain!!!
I should have read the reviews on here before buying a Tovi kennel...Appaling service, no Customer service, unhelpul staff, no instructions with the kennels.
I ordered 2 Phenolic board kennels worth over £1000. Told it would be delivered within 2 weeks and assembled for me. Two months later , a lorry arrived and Thank God we are Farmers and could unload the pallet with a loader. It was not assembled for me.I had no instructions, there is no slope of roof whilst it is shown on the website, nor a window. We need a roof over them now as the water will seep into the wood eventually.
Today, there is wood and rain and the roof flew off landing in the run. It could have killed my dogs!
Stay well away, I will never go back.

Oh Dear i so wish I had read this site before I ever had the misfortune of placing an order with Tolvi Ltd - we have had nothing but trouble with this company from begining to end. our order was incomplete and they have refused point blank to either replace the goods or provide a refund. Their managment / sales team have been rude and obstructive causing us no end of stress . Having searched more widely on the internet I have now found five seperate sites all posting complaints about the company - and its previous incarnation Canine Kennels - which went into liquidation in 2008 leaving a whole host of other customers high and dry.
I have made a formal complint to trading standards , who by now must have a heafty file of complaints about this company and their terrible service.
My advice as Monkey M and debbie C- dont touch them with a barge pole.

My advice to anyone who has had a similar situation to me is to keep harrassing them, I called and emailed probably 10 times a day , as well as sending letters most days threatening court action , they eventually decided they no longer wised to deal with me and passed me on to thier legal team, who made some effort to rectify the problem although even upon re delivery there were parts missing and the item was still not as i ordered BUT i was just about fit for the job. However i will still be replacing all the kennels by tolvi when money allows as the workman ship on the welding is just awful. 4 of my dogs have has cut paws due to the sharp edges and poor quality of the welds. So without a doubt if your considering ordering from them GO ELSEWHERE AT ALL COSTS!!! but if you have already made your order get everything in writing before paying any money ! x
Sheena B. I have had a bad experience and my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM TOLVI - STEER CLEAR at all cost. In May last year I ordered a show lead, they took the money straightaway. Three weeks later I still didn't have it. I phoned them and they said it hadn't been made yet!!! So I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Since May 2011 I have emailed and emailed (LIAM HUGHES is the name I was told to contact). I contacted the Trading Standards in November and on their advice sent a recorded delivery letter to them threatening them with Court action. That was ignored also. I got back in touch with Trading Standards today and their advice was to send the recorded delivery letter again giving them final notice. That's what I've done. The lead was £20 but the principle of the matter is that if 50 people each month buy a product from them at £20 and they don't deliver then Tolvi are on a right earner with their scam!!!
