I ordered 10 x 50g Cutters Choice hand rolloing tobacco on 01.03.11. and made a payment to a NatWest U.K. account.
Was advised by e-mail that my goods were dispatched on 05.03.11. and that delivery would be '8-10 days'.
Received a further e-mail on 15.03.11. advising me again that my goods had just been dispatched !
When I queried this I was told that their new server was duplicating messages .
When I still hadn't received anything by 10.04.11. I e-mailed them again only to be informed that they had probably been seized by UK Customs.
I've been in touch with both HMRC (Dover) and UK Border Agency (Plymouth) to verify 'the seizure' only to be told that neither my name nor postcode are on their system.
When any products or goods are seized by HMRC a 'Notice of Seizure' letter is automatically sent to the addressee (it's the law !), advising them what has been seized and why, and explaining what you can do to try and retrieve them.

To date I haven't received a 'seizure' letter and have written to UKBA in Plymouth for further confirmation.
I have also contacted NatWest to inform them of what's happened and request my money back.
I'm awaiting answers from both.
I don't believe the tobacco was ever sent.
When I went to www.tobaccoking.co.uk today to check the 'smallprint' I was informed the site was 'down for maintenance'.
I'm angry and annoyed with myself for being 'conned' (I'm usually pretty clued up).
I cannot emphasise strongly enough that this company should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
