Beware of cheap Timberland Boots from this website
I purchased a pair of cheap timberland boots from www.timberlandbootsale.co.uk the boots arrived after about 5 weeks from China, delivered in a badly damaged poor quality box - they were the wrong style, poor quality (obvious fakes) they were even the wrong size. When I placed the order with www.timberlandbootsale.co.uk there were loads in stock but as soon as AUTHENTIC-FOOTWEAR.EU took my money the stock level immediately dropped to zero, after about ten e-mails to the so called support site http://www.billingsupportsystem.com they said it would now take much longer than the one week they originally stated on the website and you can probably imagine there is no way that a delivery from china would arrive in a week anyway! After receiving the horrible, incorrect, poor quality, wrong sized fake boots from www.timberlandbootsale.co.uk and contacting http://www.billingsupportsystem.com and www.timberlandbootsale.co.uk they said they would resolve the problem, this was many many weeks ago and as you guessed it…no refund or replacement was offered. If you are interested in cheap boots do your homework first (unlike me) and only buy from a site that has someone you can talk to and remember to check the location of the website…just because it's a .co.uk doesn't mean its in the UK. I have lost my money but hopefully this will stop someone else from making the same mistake.
