It's so convenient to buy tickets on any fest wherever you are. Actually, nowadays it's of course preferable to buy everything from home, because of harsh lockdown and dangerous disease, anyway there are some people who go to offline stores and buy everything they want. I'm for social liability and I understand that it's very dangerous to go somewhere because I easily can be infected or accidentally infect someone. So, I acquire tickets on the fest due to this service, stayed at home. I want to thank this company because it offers great conditions in such tough times.
I purchased two Adele tickets from this site. It was too be 30 years anniversary present to wife. We have never brought something for ourselves like this. Show canceled and now 6 months later, i cannot get any of my money back - over $5000, which to my family is very painful. I have sent emails and waited on phone for hours. Searching, finding, purchasing, and printing the tickets were a breeze. The concert was awesome. I love the fact that I can always find the tickets I need at TicketLiquidator, especially that I am always late in the game of buying event tickets. We had tickets to ColdPlay at MetLife Stadium on Sunday July 17th at 8PM. At 12:30 pm, I received an email saying that the time was changed to 7 PM. We rushed to get there only to have Coldplay come on at 9:15. Why the change? Why the late notification? Why the rush and inconvenience?
It was a great night, rained a bit at the end. My only regret is I wish my friend was able to go with us as it was her idea for a friends night out but ended up in the hospital. Wishing we could get a refund for her since she really wanted to go but was stuck in the hospital.
Always has good variety. Always come through with what I purchased. Great customer service. Often best prices around. Not fond of fees but that's the game. Everybody's got them. I do a ton business with ticket liquidator and will continue to.

The fees etc are OUTRAGEOUS! It about doubles the cost of the ticket. It's a rip off
Then you have to pay a fee when it is sent in an email. There should be a way to purchase a "normal" ticket somewhere
My seats were great! And the venue was nice. I didn't have any problems with my tickets. Beyonce was wonderful as always. I'll go through Ticket Liqudator again. My one issue is the sun was in my face, until it set. I would have chosen a different section.

Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.

I was going to purchase tickets but had to change my mind. I did not click "submit", but your website must have done it for me. I closed the website and received an email thanking me for my purchase. I've tried to contact you with no results. I could not get a real person. I want the tickets refunded because I never clicked the final button thereby agreeing to anything. I am disputing with my credit card company and will go to small claims court if necessary.

We loved the show but the staff was quick to be rude and nasty instead of kind and helpful, (we were not the only ones to say that) which kind of made our experience a bit challenging. Our seats were great except one. We were squeezed into an area clearly meant for 5 adults not 6... unless the sixth was a three year old. To downgrade to a lesser set of seats after paying so much would have been criminal. I had to stand most of the time to enjoy the show so my wife and kids could be happy... Again... Great show! But staff was to be desired and the seating arrangement was unexpected. I think they forget the fans are the ones allowing them the privilege of working there. Especially the ones who travel across the world hoping for a great experience.

While trying to purchase tickets there was a question as to when the tickets would be sent. Instead of finalizing the purchase I contacted TL by phone and was advised to have the tickets sent to a hotel in the city where the event was happening, as I would already be en route to the venue when the tickets were scheduled to arrive at my house. I contacted the hotel, discussed the situation, and was told that they would set them aside for me, expecting my arrival that same day. Since this was two months out it seemed a good arrangement. Much to my surprise I received an email from TL that my tickets had already been shipped, two months earlier than expected, and not to my home but to a hotel in another city that I would not visit for 2 months! I contacted TL and was told that I needed to contact the actual seller of the tickets, who represented the actual owner of the tickets. I said that for the $80 I paid for the "excellent service" fee and shipping they had an obligation to see that I got my tickets, and that I had no relationship with any third party seller or owner, and that TL needed to fulfill their responsibility to me. I have yet to receive either tickets or an update from TL and my next recourse will be to register an official inquiry with my credit card company and have the payment reversed.
They were as good as the last time I saw them
We had good seats three rows from the front off to the side, & was unable to hear - echo horribly about 3/4 of the people in our section couldn't make out was he was saying- they moved us to the very back in the middle so we could understand what he was saying. ( so much for paying extra for good seats!)
