I ordered a windbreaker in December 2017, still have not received it. But they of course took my money. Emailed them multiple times and git a lame excuse about the email system being down each time. Filed a report with the BBB, they have not gotten a response from them either, it's been over 2 months. This company is not a legitimate busines. I strongly recommend to stay clear of them, they have several other sites out there with different names.

I bought 8 jackets from them over 500 dollars for my daughter hip hop comp never arrived it was over a year ago now got a few emails to start with saying sorry been delayed then nothing. So angry.

Ordered a jacket as a gift in November. Never received. No one returns emails. No one gives updates. Order never shipped. Money never refunded...

AND NOW THEY TOOK THEIR WEBSITE DOWN

I am going to continue hunting them down and contacting them via every means in existence and be a thorn in their side until SOMEONE makes it right or jumps into oncoming traffic.

This is bull$#*!. I get the holidays and things being delayed. But I put my order on Christmas and its valentines day and I still haven't reveived it. Not even tracking number or anything but all these infamous $#*!es on Instagram get it the next few days

I placed a order back on Jan. 18 and I sent a email on Jan. 24 (never received a response until paypal was notified) asking about the the jacket because it was never received. I escalated this issue through paypal requesting a refund. The way the guys conduct business is very unprofessional and I defienelty will not be doing business with them again!

(I received a email almost a month later stating that the jacket will be delivered tomorrow)

Excellent website! The material is good and when they shipped my merchandise, it was here in two days! I love what they stand for and why they make the material to honor the people who were in the music industry but now have passed. Love this website.

They say that due to the Hurricanes they have placed a replacement to be sent
But I have emailed so many times about if I will get a update but no replies. At the start I thought it was because I'm in England but they are very unprofessional and their customer service is terrible

I also ordered something back in August and havent recieves it. They replied back once and said my order would be delayed because of the Hurricanes. It's been 2 months and im always emailing them just to recieve nothing. DO NOT order anything from here because that right there is poor customer service. I wish I could get my money back!

I never got what I ordered & it's been a year! I emailed & emailed & even tried to call the # that was left, it goes straight to voicemail! This is a scam website! Fooled everyone!

First off it took over a month to receive my order and they did not contact me or respond until I threaten to reverse the payment with my bank since technically it was theft. The items I ordered did not look how they do in the picture nor are the sizes correct, I actually wanted it to fit big but it was a true fit. I posted my review on their page and Instagram however they deleted it, any company that can't own up to their mistakes and actually take responsibility is not a company who needs to stay in business. They suck period

Like all the other reviews I too ordered a windbreaker November 24th and have yet to receive it. When you try to contact them, they send a generated response email and have some lame (they are a small company) excuse! I will place a claim with my bank. BUYER BEWARE!

The worst, THE WORST! The most terrible company I have ever done business with! And then when they don't send you your product and you inquire about it they blame you and give you grief! I ordered in September of last year, it is now April and still no product that has been paid for. But I will be getting a full refund. No thanks to these low- life's!

I ordered a windbreaker November 2nd and it said that I should get shipping information between 7-14 days not including holidays. It is now November 23rd and I have yet to receive ONE update! This is starting to look like a scam website. Do not order!

They sent me the wrong size case. Then they tell me in the most broken English that I was the one who ordered it incorrectly... When they said "this happens a lot..." It was WIERD. Do that many customers really order the wrong size? I don't think so... SCAM! They do it on purpose!

I sent numerous emails and messages and comments on Instagram..., not ONE REPLY. I saw many comments begging them to reply as well with incorrect order. This is a small business how do you mess up THAT many orders... I'm calling my bank to reverse my payment. I suggest everyone fed up with these lames do the same :)

You won't receive your order, you won't hear from them, they don't email back, just delete your comments on social media under their page. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. Your welcome for the review thugave :)

I ordered a windbreaker in November, I have still not yet received it yet, why is it taking so long to ship one windbreaker, when I've seen the other customers who already received it, say it's "fast shipping"? I'm starting to grow impatient, it's almost the holiday, they're probably going to make an excuse saying my order is "delayed" due to the holidays. If I don't get my windbreaker this month or the next, you won't be seeing me ordering on thugave no more. Also, I ordered something on Amazon 3 days ago, and the package is already here! I didn't even notice it was going to arrive that quickly! Man, thugave, step up your shipping game. Get on Amazon's level.

I ordered the olive green Baddie jacket on the 10th December 2015 for arrival before the Christmas I sent so many messages and had no replies until near Christmas as i wanted to know how come i had aconfirmation stated i had paid but next to it stated unfulfiled and i wasnt sure why. So i wanted to know was my item sent out or not and why i hadny received any tracking details at the time of ordering. I finally got a resply on the 23rd telling me my item was shipped on that day... why had it taken that long to ship it from there to the uk when by the 23rd i should have had my item by then.
I final received my item 10 days later to find out it comes up really short in the large so now I have to battle with them again with a return item. Legs see how that goes.
