I was working as a Motion graphic artist, and they haven't paid 2 months of salary and sadly i have to change my job. The Director thinks he is a big critic and doesnt resolves problems with respect to time.
I met lovely people around the work premises but sadly all of them faced the same issues, salary was a very big issue. While I was leaving the company they asked me to serve a month notice period, as there was no work to do. I left the company and Im very happy with it that I left.

I am working in Webspidy since last 6 months. Have worked on more than 4 projects so far. Amazing team members. Team Leader, Kajal da is very helpful. When i joined, i saw some negative comments from some ex employees who were thrown out from the company for poor performance. I guess this is how it works. But during my tenure in this company i have loved the environment. Soo many different kind of works. If you dont want to learn and want to earn salary just by sitting idle, then definitely this company is not for you. Even i have referred few of my friends to join here and we are a big good strong team now.

This is a worst company that I have worked for in the past few years. The MD Mr Avishek Tarafder is a psychopath and also a abusive kind of a person. He use to call his company as PVT LTD which is not true. The salary date according to offer letter was 10th of every month, but trust me guys not only me, each and every people those who was working and are working never gets salary on time. The MD always blamed other peoples for any issue but the main thing is he dont have so much resouce or money to run a company. We always got our salary after 2 months because the MD is not able to pay to his employees. He always ask money from his employees to pay the electricity, phone, Internet bills, so that this all doesnt get disconnected. And even he have not paid my salary for last 2 months when I left the company (40,000)...: Supriyo Ghosh (Ex employee of Webspidy)...
