I don't usually write reviews but had too regarding my experience of purchasing Chelsea tickets from The Ticket Menu.
I couldn't of wished for a better service than the one i received from these guys, i purchased my tickets online on the Monday & received them on the Tuesday, i even got a phone call from them to see if the tickets had arrived safely.
The seats we had were perfect & my 11 year old son witnessed a great 3-3 game, now he wants to go every week!
5 massive stars to this company.

The Ticket Menu are easily the best ticket broker i have come across in recent years, i wanted to take my disabled son to see a London musical but usually find it very very hard to get disabled spaces at short notice but these guys were more than helpful in obtaining them stress free, if i could give them 10 stars i would.

Took my elderly mother to the Chelsea Flower Show recently for the first time, had no idea what to expect & that's why i want to say a big thank you to the Ticket Menu for giving us all the information we needed regarding disabled areas etc, my mother loved it

Have now used The Ticketmenu 2 times to buy my Chelsea tickets & on both occasions have received decent seats in the lower tiers, more importantly its easy to get through to them on the phone, you have none of this ridiculous 20 minute call waiting that really bugs me.
Another good point is their delivery system is very fast so no worries on that score.

Went to see the LION KING last night in London, i bought my tickets from www.theticketmenu.com, found them very helpful & friendly on the phone, also they were kind enough to upgrade our seats free of charge to downstairs in the stalls!

Recommend this company highly after we went to see Matilda in London, The Ticket Menu upgraded our seats to the 5th row at no extra charge as we told them it was our daughters 8th birthday, big thank you to Sue who arranged this.

I purchased my Bayern Munich tickets from the ticketmenu & can report that the company was very helpful with arranging next day delivery to my hotel in Germany, the seats were excellent too, i was very happy with their service.

I will give TheTicketmenu.com an excellent review after recently purchasing my Les Miserable theatre tickets from them.
I got great seats in the 6th row from the stage, the prices were fair & the telephone service was excellent.
Hope to be using them again in the near future.

Best company i have come across to buy my Arsenal tickets from, easy website to use & the prices are not crazy, delivery to my hotel was within 4 hours of booking them!

Took the family to the England v Norway game last night at Wembley not a great game but the seats & service from www.theticketmenu was brilliant, thoroughly recommended

Agree with the other reviewers on here, The Ticketmenu are by far the best ticket broker i have come across, i don't know how they do it but they seem to get the best seats for Manchester United games, i always sit near the manager on the halfway line, fantastic views.
