I have had a completely good experience. We bought an antennae and were so taken by its performance we ordered one for my son and one for a friend. Our friends didn't work right. They sent us a new antennae and paid shipping to send the other back lickety split just like that. Just trusted us to do the right thing which we did. We always call in our order rather than do it online. Maybe it is better that way. I understand that nothing can be perfect 100% of the time but I can only give them a thumbs up according to my own experience. Hopes this helps.

After making my first order i checked the order status the very next afternoon the page said no order was in their system i called the customer service kari told me my order was in their "garbage account " because their system fouled up my shipping adress but yet i got a order confirmation and everything was right... i needed the item fast so i paid for rush shipping... i was willing to reorder the item over the phone or net if they would upgrade the shipping to overnight they refused and im without my item all they really needed to do was e-mail me or call me and let me know my order didnt go through and i would have event paid for the over night... so as you can see customer service is horrible same deals can be found elsewhere just look around and shop somwhere else...

As far as the company goes, when you order, you will get what has been described in the catalog, and for the price as advertised.

I have not had a bad experience with this company, even when my order is broken or I just decide that after receiving an item that I no longer want it.
