Do not order from them. They need to be investigated for fraud. Odered an item 3 months ago and never received it, or the money back. They had another website and it no longer exist. They have a service e-mail for complaints and it comes back failure, not recorded. Only way to get in touch is by voice mail for phone number listed here. They keep you stringed along with excuses, until your time limit lapses to get your money back. Complete con!

Hadn't heard of The Merchant Prince so I was a little hesitant purchasing from them. Their prices were really good on cell phones though so I took a chance. Bought a Barcelona Plus cell phone at the lowest price I could find on the net. Got it very quickly. Then e-mailed them about a week later with some questions about the bluetooth and the customer service was REALLY good. Got back to me in like, 12 minutes (literally) and were great.
