Order the product from them 12-31-15 and products still has not come. Item was listed as being in stock but it was not. They keep sending me ads and advertisements to purchase more items but they can't even give you the one that I purchased. Has been over 2 weeks now. I paid for the two to seven day shipping and insurance and have not received a refund or a discount. That is really poor customer service and very shady I do not recommend ordering from them.

Robby R.is absolutely right. They say it's a 100% satisfaction guarantee but if you break the seal the guarantee is null and void. How do you know if you're satisfied with your product unless you try it out?
I bought (on separate occasions) 2 Tribal Dream circle rings, different sizes. In each case the screws did not seat properly, creating a specific problem with each ring. I decided to contact Chain Gang customer service, despite it being over 30 days since purchase. Russ (CEO) responded promptly to say that they wouldn't exchange them if it had been over 30 days since purchase. This was not a problem for me since all I wanted was the screws that would fit the rings properly. His response was "Sorry. We do not have spare screws that we could guarantee that would fit yours either". My interpretation was that he was telling me I was SOL. I was surprised and disappointed, and wondered if he bothered to check how much I'd purchased from Chain Gang in the past 18 months? Doubtful. And there will be much less in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Don't count on after sales service.

I am sorry that we did not have replacement screws for you, but we just do not have them available. I am not sure what you think that we can do in this instance, but we can not get them yet from the supplier, so we do not have them yet. We are working on that though.

Tracking is not provided to the customer, unless you give them extra money, even though the tracking number with my associated purchase was provided directly below the delivery address, which is 100% ridiculous.
Their 3-14 day delivery window is total bogus. I inquired to where my tracking information was, & got a response of (and i quote):
"I just checked and you did not pay for tracking. It will be coming to you by the US Mail. If there is anything else at all that we can help you with, just let us know."
After receiving my package, I checked with the USPS tracking website, & it seems my jewelry was shipped AFTER the above email was sent. It took NINE days for my jewelry to be shipped, only after my inquiry.
Instead of apologizing for their screw-up, they were deceptive. Their "guarantee" is 100% FALSE, and I wouldn't recommend their services/products to my worst enemy.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE CHAIN GANG. You will regret it.

This is true, But when you are dealing with Body Piercing Jewelry and the diseases in the world today, we just can not take back jewelry that has been inside someones body. This is the only way that anyone would feel comfortable buying from us, knowing that it is brand new and not used.
