Just wondering...I am having the same problem...I ordered some things from them a month ago, and I've not received the items, even though the site says it takes 2-5 days to receive your order. So I have emailed 2 times asking about it, and they have told me both times "we're waiting on some of your items, please wait another week"...so I emailed a third time (last Friday morning, and it is now Monday morning) telling them that I want my money back if they can't provide me with a tracking number now...and I have not heard back from them yet... How long did it take for you to receive a reply from them??? I am thinking of disputing the transaction on my credit card.... Thank you for your help.

tiffany c. I wanted to order from the site, but have a few questions about the items - tried emailing "questions@thecanadianmuslim.ca" and got no reponse. Forwarded my email to "sales@thecanadianmuslim.ca" and it came back as user unknown. Then tried the email form on their contact page and that came back as unknown as well. I'd be hugely skeptical of this company!

Sarah W. I will be honest with you...I don't think this is a legitimate/trustworthy business. It is very disappointing. I ended up having to dispute the transaction through PayPal, and the woman insisted through the mediations that it was just delayed because of the postal strike, but she would refund the money anyway. If she had been telling the truth, then a) the package should have eventually arrived, and b) I should still have been given some sort of tracking number. Therefore, I think she was just making up excuses the whole time and never made any attempt to fill my order. So in other words, I would strongly advise against ordering from this website. If you're looking for scarves and accessories for hijab, I recommend "The Souq" or www.hijabonlinestore.com. I've ordered from both. They have great stuff. Good luck! :)

tiffany c. thanks for the advice, Sarah W, i'm looking for a burquini and am crushed bcoz i cant stopt thinking about the one i saw on their site - but looks like it would just be a hassle to order. glad you got a refund - hope this serves as a cautionary tale to all muslimahs the world over !!!

Iman M. I am so sorry I did not know there were so many replies. I did receive a quick response from them, because of this I was not feeling they were a scam and I did receive a refund rather quickly. I do not recall if there was a an e-mail or phone number that I used to contact them its been well over a year...
