T N. oh no, so sorry to hear this. did tens machines ever send you any kind of confirmation of your order or a delivery estimation? when did you place the order and how did you pay them?
Jon L. The order is stated to have been shipped on the Tens Machines Direct website. We paid by credit card and are making a claim with that. There are many complaints about this company and their affiliates on the web.
