total rip off took my money but taxi not arrived, 11 of us stuck on boxing day, noone in the office will answer phones

Probably a scam. They took the credit card info but the taxi showed up. Beware!!!

Paid £46 for a taxi that never arrived. Have been chasing a refund for nearly a month. Office always seems to be closed and the only person that can issue refunds is always away. Completely dodgy, avoid at all cost.

Booked a taxi for a simple trip into town. Found a decent price...but it never turned up. Called the taxi firm who informed me that they were based 160 miles away, so hardly worth a £10 fare!
The email correspondence I've had since then has been nothing short of appalling. Ignoring me, avoiding my questions, and I've had to fight tooth & nail to get my deposit refunded.

Amazing website just got a quote from Manchester Airport to Liverpool Airport For £40. I also confirmed it with the taxi driver i thought it was a mistake but it was the actual price I will be paying. I hope I had found this website earlier as it would have saved me a fortune. BRILLIANT!

I booked a taxi which didn't show up. I received a rude response to my first e-mail to them, no response to the following two. Have just called them on a mobile phone number given in their response and was told very rudely that I should call in office hours and not to tell them that I can't spare 5 minutes during office hours because that is just being pedantic (don't think the guy understands what the word means).
They are rude and unreliable, don't trust them and certainly make sure you don't book them if you are trying to make a flight...

the guy making bookings refused to give any details about his cars or drivers unless you gave him credit card details. How you supposed to check their legit? I needed somebody to pick up my daughter, and explained this. Am I supposed to let her get in car with just anyone? We're being told assaults are uo by 50% this year in London alone, so how do we check these people?

axiquoter.co.uk is a SCAM!!! They took my £50 and never replied my calls nor e-mails after leaving me STRANDED in the middle of the night for 2 HOURS waiting for the taxi I ordered! I wasted so much money getting in touch with them over the phone only to talk to the same receptionist who said nobody is in the office at the moment. I called everyday at different times for a whole week without success. PLEASE NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY TO TAXIQUOTER.CO.UK! THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE TAXI SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! SCAMMER ALERT!

They never show up! Booked two times on their webpage and received a confirmation on my booking but was left down at 4 am in the morning without a cab to the airport. The next day, they sent me a cancallation email!
Very unprofessional and rude staff as well.
Aviod these guys!
