This flash looking website is a complete con! Definitely not uk based, definitely China based. Stated delivery within a week, it has now been three weeks and no watch. money taken from my account over a week ago. When trying to contact them they took a week at least to reply. As I did not hear from them I tried to cancel the order, another week went by saying it was to late to cancel as the watch was on its way. That was a week ago and have heard nothing. Feel a fool for being conned. Don't let this happen to you!! J E
Ordered my watch on 16th July, no tracking number sent. They have not replied to 1 of my emails via there customer support. Got them once on their "live chat" suprise suprise they stated something about quality control. Katie assured me it would be sent out last week. Not the case, still no tracking number and still appears as "pending" on their website. I have asked for a refund as they have not met their stated terms and conditions. No reply !!! I wouldnt touch them with a bargpole and agree with everyone elsr, stating this is not a UK based company
unfortunately i ddidn't find this site until it was to late, just placed an order with swiss replica now trying to cancel it, tried to email them using contact details on there site but it was returned saying it doesn't exsist!
I noticed some people had managed to contact them can you please tell me how??
Guys just be aware! you've been warned! I ordered a rather expensive (for replica) watch from this site. Apart from the fact that it came from China, NOT from the UK.....it didn't take 5-8 days to arrive but ...18 loooong days!!
The watch (a Rolex Sea Dweller) looks pretty authentic. However, on the description states that it's water resistant to 100m and that the HE valve is functioning too....!!!
When I asked them whether I can take it diving with me, they replied NO, but that I could wear it in showering, surface swimming, wash hands and the like.
I put it under the tap the other day and it passed its first test successfully. Certainly I wouldn't take it to diving even if they'd claim so.
I also asked them whether the 1 year warranty would cover it, if I took it swimming and found that it's not that water resistant...!! they replied that it would be covered by the warranty. it's some consolation afterall. Take care all.
I have had a similar problem with this company, they do not honour their 'Terms and Conditions' and are showing themselves to be no better than thieves and liars. I ordered four items from them which should have been delivered within 3-6 days, they in fact arrived after 20 days from China. I decided which item I preferred and asked to return three for refund as stated in their Terms and Conditions. Once returned they advised me that the refund would be issued within 24 hours, that was 7 days ago, they now have the goods back and have repeatedly promised my refund but it never arrives!
Darren, that's why I stick with the originals. Most of the watch sites that offer replica watches get them from China, and I've been told that they just don't hold up. Try this US based co. www.circawatch.com I've never ordered replica watches but I hear these guys do great work. Let us know when or if you get your refund by updating this post.
Yeah hindsight is a great thing, I will not be purchasing a replica watch ever again. Hopefully my credit card company will return my money as I have submitted a dispute claim.
Darren, I wouldn't write-off not buying a replica watch again, I just recommend not using any watch site that doesn't disclose where their watches are coming from! The one link I posted above is a site that produces replica watches right here in the US and if you browse through their entire site it pretty much explains it all. The only problem as I see it is if your looking for a knock-off replica of the newer styles you probably won't find it there...
hi. it just happened, apparently, to me as well. Darren is there a phone number that one can call these guys up?? thanks.
Panos, I never got their phone number but there may be a Chinese one on your delivery note. I eventually got most of my money back for the ones they promised a refund on and the watch I actually kept looks nice but is not great quality, the glass steams up and a part of it fell off the other day and I had to stick it back on. I have a returns address in Oxford for them but you need to get them to accept the return before you post, so you are then covered by your credit card. They are extremely slow in answering emails but keep trying! EVERYONE ELSE PLEASE AVOID!
Thanks Darren. Actually, I'm still waiting for the item to arrive (so no delivery note). I placed an order 3-4 days ago. Simply, I got a bit suspicious when they did not reply to my emails as I was trying to find out the progress of my order; the cc has been charged alright!! I'll keep you all posted on the developments.....
panos give me your e-mail. I want to contact you directly. I come from Greece too and I purchased a watch from them 4 days ago. thanks.
well guys, hallelulah!!
1. I got the ordered item yesterday afternoon, by EMS from China (not a UK site after all, obviously).
2. It took actually 18 days, with a bit of w o r r y i n g gap, between placing the order and finding out (i.e. feedback) where IS the darn watch?
3. Response to my emails: was OK (hopefully they may have become aware of this site!).
AND now about the watch:
it looks great (it's a bit pricey, I must admit). The finish is very good (heavy, smooth swiping secs hand, bracelet with screws not pins, winder with a gasket, hologrammic sticker at the back is like the real stuff; i.e. it turns to a Rolex crown in the middle of it when you tilt it, too!!).
The engraving inside the bezel and on the back is exactly as the authentic. Simply, you worry 'less' when you locate a video of the actual model (which I did, on Youtube) and you check/compare how 'close' they get (they claim so on their site). The similarity is at least striking. It's early days (hrs actually) though; time will show if I have been conned. I must add that there is always a universal "paradox" to all these: you want your replica to look and perform EXACTLY as the original, for .....a 10th of the price..... Take care all. I'll keep you posted if the situation changes.
This review is also a comment to a Janice E's review, but I figured it'd be best to submit it as a new review too, so it doesn't get lost in all those comments.
I have also have issues with these guys. Delivery times are an absolute joke, and their factory and distribution location is somewhere in the Phillipines (though my first watch was sent from Russia via China), NOT UK based as they specify. The only UK based bit is where you send the watches when returning them, and that's most likely a bedsit in Oxford.
I had to send my TAG watch back (twice) as it was so badly finished it actually sliced into the back of my wrist. They assured me this would be sorted with the second watch, but it was exactly the same. This process took over two months, and I had to pay return postage for both watches.
My recommendation through direct experience with them is to avoid these guys like they were a rabid drunken tramp, lurching towards you holding a rusty syringe. In short. Stay the hell away.
They're not going to steal your money, but you're not certainly going to feel like you have £200 - £300 worth of watch either. I saved my refund and bought a top of the range Casio Edifice instead, which is so so much better quality, comes in a nice box, and I can take it back to anywhere that stocks that brand if it goes wrong. Plus, I don't feel like a fake when wearing it.
I ordered a Vacheron Constantin "Les Essentielles" Patrimony Replica from this site on 22 September 2011. Having parted with my hard-earned cash, I searched for some reviews (yeah, I know, wrong way round), and my heart sank a bit when I saw the negative comments.
I received an order status change email from them on 23 September, a Parcelforce tracking code on 28 September and the watch arrived this morning, 5 October, so 9 working days in total.
Apart from the watch taking longer to arrive than promised on the website, which is a minor gripe, I'm very pleased. It's a lovely replica, seems well put-together, was packed very well for shipping, and is exactly as I ordered.
Here is the story of my order.
6th July: Watch ordered, payment sent.
14th July: Item shipped from China with EMS. They told me that the UK stock failed in the quality test, so they had to send me the watch directly from China. Tracking number was given 2 days earlier.
20th July: Arrival at sorting center (Athens) and handed over to customs.
22th July: Released from customs (Thessaloniki)
25th July: Item received. No taxes payed
The watch is great. I have seen the original one several times in Geneva and I can say that the replica's appearance is very very close to the original (99% similar).
The movement is currently under test. It's been 10 days now that I am testing it using as baseline the swiss movement "Valjoux 7753" of my AUTHENTIC Hamilton Jazzmaster, and the results (concerning the accuracy) are impressive.
The response to my emails was very fast (same day or next response).
I tracked all Kate's emails and I found that she is behind an IP from Russia (Moscow). I don't know if it's just a proxy. I don't care.
I'll keep you informed guys.
Just emailed them, and they assured me they were UK based (in Oxford) I have just traced the email - it was sent from an IP address in Glos.
Their reply was very quick - 5 mins no more.
Did you get your watch ?
Website ok but not that clear and not obvious how to track my order. Communication not that quick but ok. My watch arrived in 11 days just as described. A good quality replica, be aware you are not buying the real thing and you won't be disappointed. My watch was sent from the Phillipines by Fed Ex not the carrier mentioned on the web site, no tracking number was ever sent.
Bought a watch from these people, it seems its the same bull$#*! story everyone gets! "quality control blah blah" no tracking number, took 20 days to arrive, watch arrived at last and its "ok" but the deplyment clasp looks like it was made on a "friday afternoon" if you get what I mean. Pity they just dont say it will take 21 days or whatever and keep people happy, One last thing, my crdit card statement arrives today, cant wait to see if the numbers are what they said. one last thing, when my watch did not arrive on time, i sent them an e-mail theatening the police both here in the UK and there, got a response pretty quick then!!
have you got the watch yet?
Some people have, some people haven't.

Gary R. Mark,
Was the watch an Asian replica or a Swiss replica!
I have paid my money and not even received an email of acknowledgement of the order and all of my further emails have been totally ignored!. Did you experience anything like this?
Sometimes people who work for the company put on bogus blogs. i hope this isnt the case?
Niklas P. I ordered my watch 3 weks ago and have recieved mails about it being sent 2 times - but no trackingnumber. It smells bogus.
the delivery times are completely wrong and they really lie to you! even though they are polite...
Gary R. So is this against the law to just take our money then and not send us any goods?
Niklas P. so, you are in the same boat?
Gary R. yes Niklas,
So where do we stand if we did a bank transfer and have supporting emails confirming our orders and the promise of shipment?
Niklas P. Well Gary,
I called my bank yesterday and told them the story (the embarrasing part that it's a counterfeit product that is ordered must be set aside here - that's not the point) wich led to them asking me to send all correspondance to the bank (and I also notified nochex).
So the bank will now reclaim the money - allthough I believe that it will take some time. I also mailed Janice E via SiteJabber and asked her if she finally got the watch. Her response was - "Yes." But the quality was inferior and she finally was allowed to send the watch back to oxford, england to recieve her refund...
So. do as I did. contact your bank and ask them to pursue.
I will let you know how my story unfolds if you like? Could you do the same?
PS. I'm from Sweden so my English is not top notch... DS.

Gary R. Hi Niklas,
I will instruct my bank right away. Thanks for the tip.
Gary
paul a. Gary,
Been sucked into this myself. Ordered a replica rolex, took 3 weeks to come and is of very poor quality direct from China. A friend has told me it is of "market stall quality". Been fobbed off by Swiss replica and now they will not return any e mails. I feel totally foolish. Can NOCHEX help with getting a refund? I have asked for a return address in about 6 e mails but Swiss replica will NOT even acknowledge they have a return policy, but I will keep trying as everyone who gets one of these watches must be in the same boat. Any help is appreciated.
Paul
Gary R. All,
I have various email form them (although they have stopped in the last 10 days) and one of them mentions the 14 day money back part. I have mailed them to cancel my order but they have not even replied! Apparently the website domain is owned by an English sounding bloke called Jason White check out this link. http://www.checkdomain.com/cgi-bin/checkdomain.pl?domain=swissreplica.co.uk for some reason the watch i ordered for is now more expensive on their www by an extrat £50!!
paul a. All,
Any help from any one is going to be helpfull. Lets hope we can all get a refund and then warn other people to stay clear of this site.
Paul
Gary R. All,
My watch has arrived at home today according to y girlfriend, although no tracking order was ever received. They claimed it may be in my "junk folder" i've don't have one as I used my work email ID!!!
I will let you know what the quality of the watch is like ASAP although they have asked me specifically to 'inform your friends on SiteJabber about this' maybe their is a mole among us!! Watch this space, who knows the tracking order may not be the only thing going into my junk folder!!
Gary
Niklas P. well. i hope that it will be according to your hopes. let us know.
I'm sending one mail a day to the scamartists now... polite but pretty much without room for interpretation.
i wonder if they track this by the way... since the post further up is a little bit too good to be true...
in that case - to you att "swiss"replica: "you suck!"
/Niklas
Ian R. Ordered my watch 03/09/10 arrived today (22/09/10) Abroad at the moment so no visual as yet. Came direct from China via EMS
Gary R. Received my watch last week from China and not UK as they suggest on their website. Seems ok qulaity, not sure its worth £270 though!!!
Ian R. My wifes comments on opening the package
I have your watch in my possession and there is only one word to describe it - FANTASTIC!!!!! You are going to be thrilled when you get hold of it as it's just like the real thing, very heavy and substantial and, as far as I can see, apart from a bit of a nick in the metal, which you would get with use anyway, it's perfect. It was so well packaged that it took me about twenty minutes to get into it (a bit frustrating really) but it was worth the wait because I know you are going to be over the moon. The stainless steel is so thick and heavy that it looks as though you could drive over it with a truck and still not damage it and. I can see the second hand sweeping round and all the pointers are working fine. It's certainly your dream watch.
Gary R. You obviously work for the company Mark don't you!
Niklas P. well Mark,
You are probably right. You work there and Ian owns it.
It's hard to read the info on the site since its not there. Unless you're an employee...
/N
Niklas P. WARNING!
The pictures on the site are fake - they are taken on original watches.
My experience: the delivery times are a joke. the watch gains 30 seconds a day. and the screw in crown does not work. + the irritating fact that the chronograph is not the same as the one shown in the pictures on the site. if you're just a little interested in watches you will spot the fake directly.
I'm sending mine back.
PS. Mark and Ian are probably afiliated with the site.Since Mark got his watch in 5 days, when it's sent from china? And Ian's wifes review is just funny... DS.
Ian R. Just to get things right here, I too thought Mark was connected to the site, but let me tell you all once and for all that I have no connection with this seller and have been frustrated over their lack of replies to e-mails like many others.I have for the last 28 years worked in Libya for an oil company and that's where I am at the moment hence I have not seen the watch myself as yet.
Take that as read
Rene S. Hello everybody. I am glad I have read your messages before ordering anything at swissreplica.co.uk.
http://replicawatchesdirect.co.uk/ is another such site, surprisingly both sites have the same breitling models out of stock.
I can imagine adding messages to this page if you have been duped but if you are happy with the service of these replica-vendors you might add one message, maybe, but who would bother to continue contributing? Anyway, good luck getting your money back, if you google nechox it will not take long to find out that using their money transfer service is risky.
John W. I've been following this topic since ordering a watch from the site 3 weeks ago. I must add that I was dubious about the credibility about some of the above posters too (thinking they were affiliated with SwissReplica) so I tracked this thread, worried that I'd been stung.
The company were slow to reply to emails and I got a little heated with them because I was worried after reading these comments. Fair play to them though, they answered my questions and the watch came exactly as described.
My watch was shipped from China but I got a tracking number and it took 3 weeks to come. I am seriously impressed with it. Well packaged, no customs charges for me and it looks and feels great. My watch matches the pics on the site perfectly too so I can't go along with the above comment about the photos being taken from originals.
sudeep s. I orgered my watch on the 15th. Sent them 3 mails after that but have got no reply. The picture had inscription missing which I realised later. Will keep u guys posted.
Ian R. My panerai is keeping perfect time!
Gary R. Hmmmm? For somebody so busy in "Libya" you are very quick to defend this company yet again!!
As far as I'm concerned everybody is welcome to their own opinion! This company does suck in terms of communication!
Ian R. Gary, I work in libya, not live there.Got home last sunday and have been wearing the watch since then, hence the report on timekeeping. As I said earlier I was not to happy on their slow replies to e-mails, but since wearing the watch for a week I can honestly say that the product so far is excellent in terms of looks and timekeeping.
I repeat that I have no connection with this outfit, although there are those amongst you that do not believe that.
sudeep s. After reading ur comments it seems like a big mistake. I hope I get d watch n hoping its worth wat I paid for.
FRANK R. i have also ordered a watch and it is coming up as PROCESSED on the screen and it is giving me an option to pay by nochex online. what does this mean because my bank says payments gone through................... also what is the next status change after PROCESSED
FRANK R. does any body have their full adress and telephone
sudeep s. Hi I rercieved my omega on the 25 Nov. It was stuck at the customs. Had to pay them but swissreplica have refunded the amount back to my account. Must say all the hassles were worth it. Superbb condition. The clip was a little loose. Even the watchmaker couldn't tell that it was a copy.
FRANK R. what do you mean it was stuck at customs
sudeep s. It wasn't custom cleared. They said it was their 1st delivery to India n they didn't have an idea bout it. Guess its only applicable here. N even if they do charge u they will refund. Though it hasn't yet credited to my account , it says 4 working days.
FRANK R. what does PROCESSED mean does it mean payment has been received or not
sudeep s. It Means order processed next would be sent to customs at their base then shipped. They will send u a tracking no in a day I guess.
FRANK R. does that mean they've received my payment
sudeep s. Yes
FRANK R. sudeep could you please go through exactly what happened afer you placed your order because i am really worried i have been conned
FRANK R. THIS IS WHAT MY HISTORY LOOKS LIKE AT THE MINUTE WHAT DID YOUR GUYS HISTORY LOOK LIKE WHEN YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT

FRANK R. now it says order(L) WHAT DOES THIS MEAN
sudeep s. All good. It means order left.
FRANK R. r u sure ........... what happens next
Eddie L. Sorry but Sudeep sounds like a plant by the company. We get a lot of these people on SJ pretending to have just placed and order and will "keep us posted." And then they write something good. I wouldn't trust it.
sudeep s. Hi Eddie well all I can say is um not a plant or anything. I live in India n went through the same issue as frank. Ordered a watch from d same site n got it.
FRANK R. SO ORDER(L) DEFINETLY MEANS ORDER LEFT

FedEx ac no 3377 9990 6
Hope this helps?
Peter C. My watch arrived 2 days after it was sent (processed L). They replied to some of my mail but not all. I originally ordered on the 31st and mailed as I was concerned after reading some stuff on here. I was told their stock didn't pass a quality check and it was coming straight from factory, it arrived 3 days later. No tracking number was sent and it arrived by FedEx not Parcel Force as stated on the web site. Pleased with the watch, it keeps good time, I ordered a Breitling with Swiss movement, the chronograph works without any issues.
FRANK R. hi peter they say that mine didn't pass a quality check and it has been stuck on processed L for 3 days and no watch has arrived................. i think they're messing us about
FRANK R. if you don't mind me asking peter are you in north uk or south
Peter C. Frank, mine was stuck on processed L for about 6 days, my watch took 11 days to arrive in total. I then e mailed them for a delivery date every day they then told me they would be sending from factory. They then re worked my order again and it then looked like this

John M. I ordered and have the same pattern as above. No response from multiple emails thus far. The domain replicawatchesdirect.co.uk (seems to be same company with two brands) is registered to an address in Kent.
John M. I still have no response and their 'Live chat' has no one at the other end either. I suspect I may end up having to chase for my money back here through Nochex. Its the last time I buy off a site that has no way of contacting them other than via email.
jonathan R. John, I finally got my Tag Carrera after about 2 weeks of chasing, i must admit it looks good but I was on the verge of cancelling my order, just be aware that "Kate" wont let you cancel if the watch is showing as dispatched you will have to wait until it arrives and then send it back !
I think the factory is really laclustre and dont send the watch out right away once the traking number has been created, I bet it's something to do with being paid on time from swiss replica, who know's !!
John M. Thanks. I have less patience than the rest of you. I will let forum know my intentions / results once I have acted as I too sense that there are spies within this forum
John M. This gets more ridiculous by the day. After asking for the order to be cancelled - surprise surprise - the order status has now changed to shipped. The tracking reference is for a Chinese outfit rather than Royal Mail (as stated on the website) and is for a package which was delivered to an address in Australia two weeks before I even placed the order. Stay away form these people - they are total fraudsters and I am now commencing legal proceedings and will ensure Nochex are encouraged to disclose their identities. My bank's fraud department are already engaged.
If one of the 'spies' on this forum wishes to contact me directly to arrange for this action to stop then feel free to. You have my details on your system and I expect a refund by the end of the day today.
jonathan R. All I can say is that it took weeks to get my watch delivered but pretty happy in the end, after all we are buying a fake, keep us posted !
John M. Don't get me wrong - I went into the deal knowing it was a replica.
However, I didn't go into it expecting to be repeatedly lied to and ignored.
T N. i'm surprised by the # of comments on this thread but yet only negative review for this site. if you want to help make sure other consumers don't fall into this, please write your own reviews - it makes a difference. as well, other places to report are: http://www.sitejabber.com/blog/2011/04/05/how-to-report-online-fraud-scams/
Ian R. Had my Panerai since last October, escellent timekeeper and shower proof.Enough said I think
John M. Final post from me - after numerous misleading and erroneous messages about tracking references and the product being shipped I finally got a refund.
I chased this through NOCHEX, my bank and also sought legal advice. The persistence appears to have paid off but would have been totally unnecessary if these people had communicated effectively and not blatantly misled me.
Lesson learnt - I'm off to buy a legitimate watch with my refund.
My advice is to steer well clear of this company.
Paul E.
My recommendation through direct experience with them is to avoid these guys at all costs.
BTW. I'm saving for a real TAG now...
