Scam artists! They stole money from me! I paid extra money to have my dresses expedited and they shipped it much later than the promised expedited date. I almost didn't receive it in time for my wedding. I asked to be refunded for the expedited charges and if course they ignored my emails and calls. Also, the dresses look nothing like the pictures! Don't buy from them. They will only help you when you are trying to place an order and ignore you if you have issues. Just horrible immoral company!

I am in love with this dress! I'm 5'4; and it goes a couple inches past my feet so it was great with heels on! It's fit was perfect and I had so many compliments! The weight of it is a little heavy, so it has this comforting feel to it, not to mention the dress itself is extremely comfortable and not itchy or anything at all. Recommend it.

Ugh I am so upset! I bought a dress from this company and asked for it with my custom measurements... well what I got looks nothing like the picture advertised and it's terribly sewn. I paid $230 for a piece of crap. Please never buy from them I got it for my 21st and have been rushing around trying to find another dress because they refused to refund me my money and wouldn't let me return it. They are thieves and don't care about you...

Beware this company (from China) is a scam. The quality is terrible. The fabric is very sheer and cheap. When i received the dress it looked NOTHING like the dress I wanted. Their reviews are fake just beware this website will scam you. Stay away and save your money.

I got exactly what I ordered. It came before the shipping date they gave me. They were sized to fit and fit perfectly. I will be buying more dresses from this site. I will come back with pictures of all the bridesmaids in their dresses next month. Sorry you cant see them before my big day. HM

I bought my prom dress from this site and when it arrived to Guyana I was impressed by how amazing it looked on me. It was exactly like what it was in the photo. Totally worth every dime.

I ordered my daughter a dress, checked on my order, days later, still no info! NOTHING! I called the number, that is not real, it has been a "busy" signal for weeks now! There is no live chat, I emailed to cancel my order, and DAYS later I get a response, less than 5 word response. I emailed again, and DAYS later another less that 5 word response. They would NOT cancel my order, even though I cancelled it the next day. And the dress looks like cheap CRAP!

The material used is nowhere close to that what is shown on their website. I had placed an order for a wedding dress with this supplier on 11. 09. 22, while the pattern is the same. I had insisted that they do the sleeves as per the pattern I had sent and to use a good pearly material. I had asked them several times for the material they would be using for the sleeves to be shown to me. Everytime I asked they kept giving excuses saying our people are busy, we will use good fabric, to avoid my asking again and again they seemed to hurry through with the completion. To my surprise the dress arrived within 3 to 5 days of dispatch, the quality used on the sleeves is very very cheap and they have left the ends of the sleeves open and unfinished and used cheap silver shiny stuff both on hands as well as the upper body which I had never mentioned, besides it's very very long and I can hardly fit into it. They neither discuss nor show what they are using or what is done once you give them the money and measurements. Two star rating is because they sent it on time.

We ordered a dress for prom and when it arrived it was not even close to the dress ordered. It was a cheaply made lace overlay over a sheath dress, with no embellishments added. The color was completely off as well. I was originally refused a return or refund because the dress I received "was still a beautiful dress." They finally offered $25 on a $309 dress.

I really loved my dress I was unique. I search for a couple months my dress and never found the one who got me like Amazing and than in May I found the Site online just like that and found the dress I want. It came really fast it was beautiful and comfortable. It was just exactly the same as I ordered. Really thank you SuZhouDress it was such a blessing to wear one of your dress for my prom.

Make sure you do not custom order to exact fit. Allow a few inches for best fit. Adjustments can be made later! Better loose then tight! Once payment is received it does not take long for dress to arrive. SuzhouDress answers all questions asked and replies immediately! Time zone difference! Love my dress! Thank you from Canada!

The only reason I give the review one star is so I could leave a review. They told me that my order would be here by a certain date every time I emailed or messaged them they lied about when my order would be here. By the way you can only email or message there is no phone number where you could contact them. Then when I asked to cancel my order they stated they they could not refund me my money back. I feel sorry for prom girls who put there trust in this company.

The dress I ordered was absolutely perfect for my dinner party. Its very slimming, the material is super comfortable, and it fit perfectly. I would say its very true to size. The dress is well made and washed really easily. Color did not fade in the wash. I need more of this line in my closet!

I received my dress on time and in good shape. The lining wasnt very well attached in the bodice so the outer layer would slide, but I got it tailored and it now fits like a glove. Love the dress, I feel like a princess.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the pictures, it wasn't even good enough for fancy dress. Very disappointing. You will have to pay to return it. Or they'll offer you a small proportion refund. Save you money and time buy a proper special dress. This is a scam. I have to rate it 1 because of this site but they deserve even that.

They stole every company pictures and said thats their design. I am very stupid to buy with this company. I got my dress on friday and i am crying very bad! The dress is like *******% trash. Its have poor sewing. Poor embroidery. I cant believe my eyes! Dont buy with them!

I ordered a red dress in suzhoudress and it came out very good. Quality was good although the red color was not similar to red I expected. And the design was a bit different than the one showed in the page. But measurements fit perfect! And they did all possible to have my dress done before the date I needed since I ordered it a little bit late.
