Hi, ordered some goods for my son, arrived quickly sizeing was good. Excellent service will use again.
I ordered a pair of boots back in January which I received but the sizing was no good so I sent them back and was promised a refund. After chasing for a month I got an e-mail with a supposed refund showing. No money was ever returned into my bank account. After more chasing and letters being sent I took the company to the small claims court. I was told that I would receive a letter with their solicitors fees. The company had been telling me that it was a problem with worldpay and nothing to do with them. I found out it wasn't a worldpay transaction or a completed transaction and no refund had been sent. As to date I still have not received my refund and now have a judgement against the company. Next step for me now is to issue a warrant for baliffs to attend. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to think twice, and although their are messages on here stating that they were taken over last year it's not true. You can google the name of the managing director online and it will bring up details.

I placed a simple order- Cammo Jacket and trousers nearly a month ago, still waiting for the jacket. This company hides behind the small print when it can't deliver. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. They have my money, sitting in their Bank gaining them interest. Do not let them have yours.

Steer clear of this site at all costs. I ordered army surplus camouflage shorts and other gear in February 2010. Still no shorts or refund. £30 plus down the drain.
Please note that the company has been taken over so your comment is towards the old owners and not ourselves, The company overwent an overhaul in 2013 and is running a much better service, and customer care attitude, we contact all customers and deliver ALL goods and if anything is not available we contact the customer, we do NOT take any money from any customer unless the goods are available. Thank you.
Avoid this company at all costs, I ordered an item which was "In stock" and ready for "fast delivery" only to find out its not actually in stock at all. Cancelled order after waiting 15 days for the item to come back in stock still awaiting refund. Spoke to consumer direct regarding their stock system and they sent me the following,
"In terms of the trader advertising the goods as being stock when they were not, this would potentially be a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. As such, I have referred the case details on to Trading Standards"
I used another company and had the goods within 2 days.
Hopefully will recive my refund soon.
Please note that this Company has been taken over so this commnt is old news with regards to the old owners, the company is now run soooo much better and any issues are dealt with almost immediately, all goods are always dispatched and any items that are not available the customer is contacted, we do not take money from any customers account unless the goods are available. I hope you will either remove your comment or at least try out the Company with the New Owners and leave a much vbetter review, your review is actually very old and relates to the old owners.
