Been getting my glow from Sure Glow for almost 10 years. That in itself should tell you something about the company. Dan the owner is a stand-up guy. If I ever have a problem with my glow products, he will replace them.

I ordered a product that was advertised as "batteries included." This was not the case. No one answers when you call the 800 number. After several e-mails, I got a response, asking me to send a picture of the items in question. I did that. That was the last I heard from them. I am sending the items back... very unhappy.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order otherwise I would have NEVER placed the order - which I still have NEVER received.
You call and call, never gets answered. Email and email which are also never returned.

Been getting my glow from Sure Glow for almost 10 years. That in itself should tell you something about the company.

Dan the owner is a stand-up guy. If I ever have a problem with my glow products, he will replace them.

I will NEVER order from here again. Ordered LED cowboy hats. 1 was defective. I called to get it replaced and they said I would have to pay $11.90 shipping. Really, for their defective product! They said I should of ordered extra to be safe. So do I order 1, 4, 8 extras to be safe? Would be nice if the stood behind their products! NOT HAPPY!

Misleading advertising. Makes you think you are buying 1 item and getting 1 free. Making you think you are buying 12 items, getting 12 free... not so. I called them and complained, they will not take their items back and just told me to get lawyer.

Well, I ordered from this company after reading another review. I was expecting the free shipping promotion to have some sort of stipulation that my order would not qualify for. Not the case I got my free shipping, not sure what the other review was referencing about assuming other items were free.
