Stay away. Same part on amazon was 30 dollars - their price 93 dollars and they said the part was oem -- it's not.

These people are not to be trusted.

Agree with several other reviewers that this company has terrible terms and conditions and won't allow you to return some parts even if a mistake is their fault! My strong recommendation is to stay away from this company. Any inquiries are met with a strong "no".

This company charges a 25% restocking fee on canceled orders. I placed and order and canceled it 12 minutes after I placed the order and they billed me 31.87 restocking fee. I did not read their T&C before I placed the order what a mistake. I called them and pleaded my case and they said they were sticking to the T&C. I would not recommend doing business with superxpower or Milaca Lawn & Garden

I ordered from their website using their diagrams as my guide to what part numbers I needed. I was trying to get a fuel line for my edger - I ordered what appeared to be the fuel line and that was labeled sleeve/fuel line (the fuel line had a nylon sleeve on it.) I received a sleeve only (something I didn't need). When I tried to get them to not charge me the 25% restocking fee they refused. They told me to get the fuel line I would have to buy the entire gas tank assembly. I had a one month trip that unfortunately took place right after I received the package so of course I missed the 30 day return deadline as well - this company is all about following their rules to line their pockets - and they take no responsibility for having a misleading diagram. Don't use this service. I'll never make that mistake again.

I had the same expirence as Michael B. I ordered some parts from superxpower and the next day I recieved a call from my bank saying that my account had been compromised. I had to close my account at the bank and open a new one. Beware!

Stay far away. Took too long too ship and sent easily noticed parts from 2 different models. One was painted gloss black & 1 was painted flat primer black.

After my tenth order from this site in the last year, I thought I owed it to them to give them a review. AWESOME. Parts found easily, quick shipments, great follow up. Best one for parts that I have ever used, and I have been ordering online since 2001. Glad I found them this year!

Found my parts pretty easy, like using the diagrams to find the parts that i needed. I got them at my house in about 5 days after ordering. I will use them again and have sent an email to all my friends telling them about it.

I can't say for certain, but I suspect that this company sold my credit card information to a third party, Budget Savers, who subsequently made an unauthorized charge to my account.
