Ordered at end of April. Took money out account. Never received products. Sent email. Never had response back. Sent another email and voice message may 26th. I previously ordered through Walmart and received within 2 weeks. There was a business card in order so I figured I would order directly from them since family says it was helping their face. Never received. No calls. No email. Only money taken out of account.

What happened to this company? I was a loyalty customer and it cleared up my acne 100% I'm so disappointed I'll never receive my order I don't want to lose the best soap that had ever happened to me I've emailed, I've called and I even sent a letter to the address provided on the card with my receipt order form I'm so disappointed and scared this soap will be gone forever I don't want my acne to return again I'm truly heartbroken over this. I've tried many many products and this soap was #1 pls bring it back!

I ordered on in October. Have not received shipping info or the product. Sent an inquiry to their customer service. Crickets! Complained to Pay Pal. No real help there. Do not order from this company! EVER! Should their products ever show up on Amazon where I used to purchase their soap from you can bet I will boycott any of their products! RIPOFF!

I placed an order for soap at the end of September. My card was promptly charged, but I have not yet received my order (or received a shipping confirmation for that matter.) Despite numerous calls and emails, I have never even heard back from them. I have had to dispute this with my credit card company. Please do your research and do not attempt to purchase anything from this site.

I bought some of their product on January 26th of this year for $26.90 and here I am almost a month later and I still havent recieved it. I went to their website only to find that I couldnt even access it, so I couldnt do a thing about getting my money back. And Im pretty pissed because Im young and I dont have the freedom to throw money away and now Im going to have to chuck $30 into the trash when I could be paying for a few meals instead.

Bad customer service. They never answer their phone or emails and have taken my money. I already emailed them multiple times to cancel my order and that have not gotten back to me. SCAM

I also ordered sulfur soaps from this company and never received the product. After several emails and phone calls they never responded. It was taken out of my credit card account as well.

Sadly I didn't read the previous reviews before ordering. I normally order my sulfur soap and New Braunfels Lab products on amazon but they were currently unavailable so I had to look elsewhere. It's been almost a month and I have not received my order. I sent an email yesterday but after reading these other reviews I am not expecting to receive any product. I'm not even sure I can get my money back. Idk what happened to this company but they seemed to be a legitimate company until this last year or so. Very sad and misleading. Take my advice and do NOT order from them.

Great company with reliable products. Really helped my skin I have mild psoriasis and this TSAL soap really helps I am also acne prone. Customer for 15 years. Highly recommend!

Ordered at the end of July and again in August (stupidly)... never received order and never got a refund either. Tried emailing and calling, but no response. This website is a TOTAL SCAM. Please don't get fooled like I did.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and never received a product or shipping information. I tried contacting them multiple times over phone (left 2 voicemails), emails (to their 2 different accounts), and their web form. Have not received a response! Sad because I've ordered from them in the past, I'm sad that it is now just a scam.

I have read many good things about sulfursoap.com, but I have also read some negatives. I went to the website and called the number. The customer service was so nice and helpful. It was amazing how informative Pat was! He is a great guy! I could go on and on. It truly made me happy. I decided to order. Within an hour I received my shipping confirmation! I got my soap and it worked wonders! My scalp had a weird condition that made it smell (embarrassing!) The soap killed the fungus! AMAZING! It truly saved my relationship with my boyfriend, who is now my husband :)

Purchased a large quantity for a benefit fund raiser for my son's school and paid hundreds of dollars and never received the product or a refund. I emailed multiple times and asked for a response and never received one. This is a fraudulent business run by scumbags. I hope they rot in hell.

DO NOT ORDER. If you did contest it with your payment processor immediately.
They should not be allowed to keep their site up and accept payment for any orders.
You will not be able to contact them you will not get your order.

My experience with SulfurSoap.com is excellent. I've been using them for three years and no problems.

They ship fast, and I get my soap 2nd day delivery. It ships from Texas. So quit complaining dude.

So when you call them on the phone and get an anwering machine, what's the problem with that? If you leave your phone number so they can understand you, maybe they will be nicer. The phone number on the website is *******688. I just called it and it works just fine for me. I just hung up.

What do you expect? Try calling Proctor and Gamble at 8pm about Ivory soap and see if you get a real person is three seconds to talk about your acne.;)

I don't know why there are complainers. Maybe they ordered a bar and it got lost in their own mailbox or clutter in their dorm room. Grow up and quit blaming other people for your situation.

No soap, no responses to multiple calls and emails, and no refund. Out $50 for 12 bars! I ordered from them before and no problems, as recently as Jan. 2020, but my Dec 2020 order and money went into a black hole. Where did they go?

This is a SCAM web site. They bill you and NEVER send you anything. WORTHLESS SOB's DON'T BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

We have been ordering this soap for our Acne Clinic for 5 years and we always ordered through Amazon. We would always get our orders on time... Perfect! Well we decided to order directly from the Sulfursoap Website. The first order took 1 month to recieve... the second order we never recieved. We called and emailed and called and emailed and well you get the point. No one ever answered or responded. Never again Sulfursoap.com. You lost a long standing customer who has given your business thousands of dollars over the years. We will be looking elsewhere for a sulfur soap product.

After 6 weeks of emails and calls, I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT, NO REPLIES, AND NO REFUND. I've used the product before when it was for sale on Amazon, and liked the product, but the sulfursoap.com website purchase I made was TERRIBLE

Uggggg... I hate the smell of their new sulfur soap. I liked it when it had the fragrance but now it smells terrible. Will not be buying there anymore. No way.

This product is simply coming from overseas, it's not made in the Texas as stated. Having received the product, they were lazy and decided to overlap the new shipping label over the old. Very sneaky business which will not honor refunds.

Just to be clear I bought the soap from their website and am reviewing here. The people that run the site are untrustworthy and do not allow returns. And if I gave them a not so positive review on their site I fear they would delete it. They are misleading in their marketing. They make out like they are a Vegan based company with the word VEGAN in big caps written on their main page. Well, in fact they use lanolin in all their soaps which is made from wool and sheep. Now that might seem nutty to some, but that is my thing. Not contributing to cruelty to animals. Plus, lanolin can be toxic. One of the biggest dangers of lanolin is that sheep are sprayed directly with pesticides to treat mites and pests. This company will not return emails either. I didnt even open the soap and they wont take it back. Dont do business with these people if you want a natural product. They are unethical. Ask yourself what kind of company wont let you return an unopened item? Answer: Sulfursoap.com

Burned, Scarred and Numbness to the Burned area: Scares are still very visible, and numbness from burns a month after.
This isn't food grade! That should tell you not to use this stuff. I've been using healing bentonite for 20 years on my face, AND taking it internally for detoxing: If you know all the wonderful benefits of true CLEAN food grade bentonite you know it's a super detox for internal use as well as facials. I'm not sure why this is not food grade, but the fact that it burned my skin, and caused numbness to the burned area weeks later might be an indication that something is very wrong with this stuff. I am returning it asap. Going back to a popular trusted name brand.
