Was cautious after reading previous reviews here but they are very old now but found there ebay reviews and lots of happy customers, so I ordered on this site for a wedding that I was going to and was delighted with the product when it arrived 2 days later.
All seemed great when a prompt "shipping confirmation" email arrived, but that's the first and last I've heard from them - in over a month - despite numerous emails. I tried initially calling to chase my order up, but the email from "helloatstylemyoutfit" publishes a number that is not recognised! Over a month later I am still without my goods (despite the transaction going through on my credit card!), have had no response and am now in the process of trying to recover money from my credit card provider. If I can summon up the will, I may proceed with legal action. I would steer clear of this "outfit", as it seems, from reading other reviews, if you are lucky enough to receive your goods, they don't match expectations.

Sent the wrong item and have not replied to any of my several emails requesting to return it and send the correct item... appalling customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend!

What A Dreadful Outfit would be a more accurate name as they happen to be simply the worst retailer in the universe. I ordered some goods which, when delivered, turned out to be not what I wanted. Rather cheap and nasty actually, but that's a chance you take when the price is low so I wouldn't fault them on that score. Tried to take it back. Their published returns policy offers shiny new refunds to those who return unwanted items in 7 days. To do you, so simply contact SMO who will issue you with a returns code. Sounds simple, but this is where the problem begins. Tried contacting them by email. Several times. No response. Tried submittting an online query form. Numerous tiimes. No response. Tried calling. Repeatedly. This time, result! A response. But sadly only an answerphone flossie promising to faithfully record my message. Before promptly telling me the mailbox is full even before I've even drawn a breath for my first word. So then I returned the goods anyway to their published address, accompanied by a short email highlighting the farcical nature of their business model, and politely requesting a refund. A month later, of course no response. I will, however, pass the remaining time by taking them to court. Ignore the misleading star rating incidentally - they hadn't had sufficient time to make provision for a 0.01 rating. Never again.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, I too have been emailing to return items but no response, so I will try writing a letter.Don't know where to go from there. Very disappointing. I couldn't send this until I had clicked a star, but I rate it no stars!
Like the necklaces that this company have, I have now ordered 4 times over the last few months and happy with the quality I have got
