Excellent experience! Successfully replaced the charging port in my daughter's iPad for about $25 including tools! Without this fix, we would have needed to buy a new iPad for at least 10x as much expense
Sent wrong part and gave me RMA for return. When they received the return, they failed to issue a refund because i did not send back within 10 days. Unsure how that entitles them to keep my money and the wrong part that I paid to send back. I would give negative stars if possible.

Website says glass replacement but I was sent cheap plastic. It was only $10 but probably worth $2.
My Galaxy S6 screen and kit arrived on time. I found which didn't charge rediculous prices for 2 day shipping definitely using you guys again for business.
I felt that the delivery took a little longer than usual to arrive, but I got it just a day later than I was expecting, so I wasn't disappointed. Also, I always receive my packages perfectly packaged and well protected.
I was sold a defective screen. When I sent it back for refund they refused saying that it was installed by me (true: it was how I found out it was defective), a screw was missing (that was how I received it) and the protective screen had been removed and replaced (it was necessary to see if that is what was preventing the touch screen from working). The company did not deny that the screen was defective and instead relied on b. S. technicalities to refuse to refund.
I got what I asked for, made a repair, and saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Product is a perfect fit, very pleased with purchase.

I ordered a repair kit 3 days ago. I havent received any shipping info yet. The site clearly states shipped same day on orders placed before 7pm. Even paid for expedited shipping. The only contact I've received from these people is a response to an email asking what was going on and they informed me that the billing team has released it for shipping, and that was over 48hrs after i placed it. Ordered an I phone 5S Screen from them, I got 3 separate emails with 3 separate tracking No.'s? They sent me the Iphone5 screen. I assured them I had purchased the 5S screen and asked to see the original online order which they were unable to provide for me. They told me to fill out the RMA form which I did and returned the screen over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear back from them, I've called 3 times, emailed 2 times and used the "Live Chat" that isn't a live chat at all! My wife's phone has been down for almost a month now on June 17th! I will NEVER do business with Strive Mobile again!
I bought two screens from this subpar 'company', and both were defective. They did not return any of my three phone calls, but I called a fourth time and told them that I would file a lawsuit to get my money back if they did not return my phone call within 48 hours. Magically, they answered almost immediately. They gave me some cliche line about their phone systems being down, even though they somehow received my voicemail about the lawsuit... Get the picture? Even though they got my lawsuit message, they refused to give me my money back, or even replace them. Unless you want to have to file a lawsuit against this company because they won't return your money, I suggest that you buy from ANYWHERE but these scumbags.
Overall I was very impressed with my experience buying from strivemobile.com. I bought the part I needed for a cheap price, the item was shipped fast, and the part worked perfectly.
