Looks like I should have come here first. As with almost every review, Clockkit.com AKA Steebar.com took my order, charged me, and never delivered or responded to phone or email. What a crock. I have submitted a complaint to NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs. I will update you when I hear back.

This company is completely ignoring me. They owe me more than $200 as they could not fulfill an order and told me to order from another supplier. Unfortunately despite being assured I would be refunded, I am still waiting after two months!
Try calling their number- they never answer or return calls or E mails.

They are a disgrace! I'm glad I'm only out $13 dollars. Same problem than everyone else they take your money but never ship anything. I've ordered from steebar years ago had no problem I never thought this would have happened. I never would have thought to read reviews but Its a lesson learned. DO NOT deal with these thief's.

First of all it took forever to get my merchandise--I had to file a complaint through PAYPAL and finally received the item I ordered. The item does not work. This company does not respond to emails or phone calls--they take your money and that is all. Fortunately PAYPAL stands behind their guarantee and refunded my money but STEEBAR STEALS YOUR MONEY!

After a month I received part of my order. The most expensive item never arrived. They will not return my phone calls. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering.

Ordered a clock movement.
They charged my credit card.
Will NOT answer emails, calls and other attempts at communications.
Movement never was sent...
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Over a month I have been waiting for supplies I ordered. Over 100 dollars worth and nothing... no phone calls returned no emails answered. Guess next step is a lawyer. Please people don't waste your money on these criminals.

Looks like I've been had Placed order 9/20/17. Payment went thru 9/22. Been checking order from Penmakingsuppies.com. Status has not been updated and is "awaiting shipment". Will not answer emails or phone call messages. I'm out over $75.00. Do we not have recourse?

I placed an order and they immediately charged me for it. As soon as I placed the order, the status switched to pending shipment. I have yet to receive my order or a response. They will not return emails. I placed a response cancelling my order and still have heard nothing. They are a crooked company and I warn anyone from purchasing items with them or from any of their affiliated sites.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a clock part in May, 2014, paying through PayPal. Received email that our item was prepared for shipping, never received item. Sent numerous emails - no response, called numerous times, phone just rings and rings. Once we were able to leave a message - no call back.
Filed a dispute claim with PayPal, which they ask you to try and resolve with seller - well, that's a dead end!

The company does not even deserve a rating of 1. Once I completed my purchase, no receipt was made available. After almost two weeks I never received my product. Then, I read all these reviews!

So, I contacted the NJ Business Licensing Bureau to make a complaint. Found out they were investigated and prosecuted in 2012 for fraud. Documentation of their settlement is online. Long story short, I disputed the purchase through my CC company, contacted the true owners at their home, and wow I received an email indicating a refund... Which appeared.

Fight these crooks and don't let them cheat you!

This company is also using Clockkit.com as a web site to scam you out of your money. They say that they are having problems getting parts from their supplier. Now they won't respond to my emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY.

Have had an order in for over one month, not received, two emails without reply and the phone voice message is always full. Very poor service.

This business is a total disgrace. I ordered and received a clock insert that was defective. When I called (he answered the first time) I described the problem and he agreed it was defective. He checked his inventory, said he had another in stock and that he would send it out immediately. That was more than a month ago and no replacement. He now won't answer the phone or respond to multiple voice mails or emails. I recommend you steer clear of this business.

I placed an order with them on November 12 and my credit card was charged that day. Never received any acknowledgment but my order status stated "Awaiting Shipment". Five days later I contacted them via their message option on their website asking when the items would be shipped. Never received and answer and the order status still said "Awaiting Shipment". Waited another 5 days and still nothing. On November 30th I called and left voicemail telling them to cancel my order and left a message on their site to cancel the order. Today - December 4 my order status says "Awaiting Shipment". I finally contacted my credit card company and dispute the charge. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish I has seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

I ordered bar top epoxy twice from them about 2-3 years ago, and received it promptly and it worked great! I did it again about 4 weeks ago and nothing. They had charged my credit card. I emailed them and they said:

"Your epoxy has shipped. We had a death in the family and lost a few days. You should receive it UPS today or tomorrow."

That smelled of B. S. But I waited 8 days, and still nothing. I emailed again and got crickets. Then I found these reviews of the same thing happening to everyone else. Damn. They got me.

His name is Salvatore Gordiano. He seemed a bit surprised to receive a home phone call. I would caution against flooding him with hateful vitriol, because then he just changes his number, right? I'll say just this, his address is above, his name is here. I'm sure you can track him down.

Steebar has other at least 2 other online companies. Clockit.com and Penmakingsupplies.com as well as Steebar.com. AVOID ALL OF THEM!

I placed an order on 9/1/17 at Clockit.com, paid for it with my PayPal Debit card. PP sent me an email right away about the transaction as did Clockit thanking me for my order. A couple of days later I checked to see what the status of my order was. Checked my account at Clockit.com and it showed payment pending.

Checked my PP account and it showed that the transaction had been placed on hold by the merchant and to contact them. 9/3/17 I sent several emails and messages via their message system, left voicemail messages on their New Google voice system.

No reply's yet. As of today 9/13/17 the order is still waiting payment, and PayPal has stopped the transaction. It appears that PayPal's system must recognize this company as a very questionable merchant.

Today I sent Mr Giordano formal cancellation notices both via his message system on Clockit.com and via regular email. He was advised any further attempts to obtain any payment for the cancelled order will result in formal complaints to both the Atty. General of NJ and the FTC.

After reading the reports here and other sites that go back at least 5 years it's too bad they can't be flagged and taken down. Yes, it's very easy to track down the owner and his physical address as well as his home phone number. I've since moved all their bookmarks to a folder labeled CROOKS so I know not to bother with them in the future.

This is the worst company and service I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing online. Have sent e-mails, made phone calls, left messages, product took over a month and a half to receive and then when I powered it up the clock would not work. Back to calling leaving messages. This place is a scam and when it comes to star ratings they only go to 5 you need to add at least a dozen more to get them to the bottom. The only good service I received was they accepted my payment in no time flat. If you choose to use this company you are going to get just what you deserve!

This is the first time I have ever ordered on the internet from an unknown company without fully researching the company first. I am sorry I did so! I ordered wall clock parts for a Christmas gift well before Christmas. I received an email with an order number and notification that it was "awaiting shipment." Unfortunately, the package never came. There has been no response to phone calls or emails. I wish I'd come here first. It looks like I'm not the only one!

I ordered products from Steebar for the first time and received a part of the order equaling about one third of the dollar value of my order. The most expensive item was marked as back ordered. At about a month I called to ask for an update on the status of my order. A man answered - no company name just hello. When I told him what I was calling about he asked what company I had ordered from. I told him steebar but the invoice with the couple of items they sent said clockkit ( not Klockit-they are a good company that I normally order from). He gave me a line that was because of a computer glitch. He then very rudely said 'look your item is on back order. When we get it well send it". After waiting a few more weeks I tried calling again multiple times. No answer! I emailed several times. No reply. Finally emailed don't send it, I want my money refunded. No reply. Contacted American Express and disputed the charge. A week later the order comes. I will NEVER do business with Steebar or their imitation company 'Clockkit'. (Again this Clockkit is NOT Klockit!)

The Company Does not respond to email. Steebar.com and penmakingsupplies.com are one and the same company. Neither company website responds to email. The same phone number is listed. I had two items on backorder and out of the two one got sent to me; however, now the other item the same day went off backorder on my order detail page. Never got the other item for 29.99. Now I don't hear from them. Based on other reviews I am starting to think this is how the individual makes big bucks. Already charged my card but never sends it.

Tip for consumers:
I would look to get pen supplies somewhere else.

Same complaints as above - took my money and did not deliver - if it happens to you call Bigcommerce at *******911 and dispute the charge then go to your bank and dispute the charge and get a new CC. BBB in NJ has no idea who these people are and cannot contact them.
