Tim P. No. Come to find out there is no third party handlers for ss cards. The only way to get a new or replacement card is to mail the forms in with original documents or go to the ss office that can issue cards. I went to an office in NC and explained what happened while applying for my replacement card. The lady laughed and said the ss administration would never allow third parties to handle ss documents and the ss administration has no on line application process but you can download the forms and read the instructions at the .gov web site and bring the forms into the office...
My accusation of theft is justified because they wont return my money as promised. Stay away!
