Have seen and reviewed many scooters! By far SpinLife has made a tedious chore for my safety become easy and yes exciting! I found myself excited because of the choices offered to me that enabled me to maintain my "Swag" while feeling safe on my purchase! Thanks SPINLIFE! The opportunity for paying later was so welcomed and appreciated!
We purchased the Viva Lift Radiance by Pride in 11/2022. The first chair arrived and after assembly, was a non-working chair. So, we had to wait another 10 days for another to be delivered. The box had EXTREME damage and pictures of the box were provided to Spin Life. We should have NEVER accepted the shipment, our bad! Fast forward, on 1/6/24, I emailed Spin Life for problems with chair. Yes, we purchased the 2 year Warranty. I sent them a video of how the chair was operating. They insisted they diagnosed the problem by video, and have ordered the part to repair. Today is 1/15/2024, still no part, and was told there was a manufacturer delay on this part. In the interim, the chair has developed a new issue. I am pleading for them to send a tech out to diagnose the issues with this chair! It is the only recliner in the house for my husband who suffers from chronic back problems, and also knee problems. He's had 3 back surgeries and we need this chair properly diagnosed and fixed ASAP! If you aren't going to fix it, replace or refund the $1623.88. This has been a nightmare of an experience since the first chair and it not working, to this, the second, arriving in a severely damaged/crushed box and now mechanical issues! Terrible experience with this company!

Since 2017 I bought 3 basic scouters for my wife which she enjoyed very much, brought her life a new born feeling, however the travel range was limited for us. This season we have ordered this new improved trip-scouter with a lot of new features, such as longer travel range, more powerful battery, especially easier to connect the battery (not like the old one, it was head ache), nevertheless, better looking too. New one was easier to install and would. Be easy to bring into travel, I order another one today for being company with my wife. Thanks for SpinLife's excellent job!

Spinlife is a deeply dishonest company.
I purchased a new Flex a Bed mattress for my Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame. The product page said it was compatible with my frame. This page showed the correct model in the photos.
I received a different Flex a Bed mattress model than what was in the photos. I put it on the bed and confirmed it does not work. It barely bends and looks like it's going to fall off. You can't really lay down on it safely.
Spinlife says: "The Memory Foam Mattress comes in a variety of sizes, allowing it to fit your current Premier or Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame."
Customer service first admitted the manufacturer sent the wrong thing. Now they're pretending otherwise and will not refund an unused (and unusable) $1850 with tax mattress for a person suffering from muscular dystrophy.
Sent proof and customer service just lies and gaslights. Sent pictures of the mattress on the bed literally proving it's the wrong item. It does not bend and practically falls off the base yet the customer service manager says it's fine.
Disputing charges, contacting relevant state government authorities, and filing a small claims lawsuit if necessary.
Do not support Spinlife.

This enables us to order the part before going out to do the repair. The part needed for your chair has been ordered.
