Pages to complicated or messy - -difficult to get to needed information. Had to sort through stuff to get to info I wanted. I also wanted to order round lenses and with trans lenses, etc. Searching for info about definitions of these things took too much time. Decided to do this at another time. Or maybe go to local place to order so that I understand what I am getting. I remember that Speert had a page about "how to select stuff".
You sent wrong size and tell me I ordered the regular instead of the XL L. My invoice and the caption above you sent me actually shows I ordered the XL L. You are not a dependable company to order from.
I received my order in a timely manner and the several reading glasses I purchased were of very good quality.
I contacted customer service to report that three days after I placed my order I still hadn’t received a confirmation email or shipping info. However I eventually found it in my junk folder.

I have used these for 15+ years. First rate product. I buy several at a time because (not unexpectedly) the holes ultimately widen and lose their grip and I don't want to lose my glasses while I'm waiting for replacements. I usually get 5 months per strap, which I'm satisfied with. I've tried several other brands over the years, but these are light years ahead. Excellent grip, no fuss.
Because it sells the PK'rs. I can't seem to find these in stores.

Mirror unusuable. I have used these motor years with no problem. The box was in good condition but apparently they were treated harshly or would not be broken.

The coupon code worked. The shipping was quick and the accuracy of the prescription was correct. The pros stop there. The problem was...I paid for the premium lens, with their blue light anti-glare coating, but what I received was barely anti-reflective. I can assure you they did add it, but it was very dull to the point that it was almost ineffective. When using the anti-reflective test against the monitor screen, you can't really see the reflection. I recently bought a pair from another online merchant, and it was not only cheaper, but the anti-glare was much better.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid Speert. There are many better alternatives.
It's really unfortunate that I have to either browse page by page to view all the frames OR type in the search box if I already know which specific frame I want instead of filtering the criteria of shape, size, material, etc.

Everything worked well. It was easy for me to find the sunglasses frames I was looking for to replace ones that I lost. And could no longer get from my eye doctor's office. They had given told me they were Ernest Hemmingway and gave me the model number. Speert had the best price among all of the websites I looked at. Super easy to easy to use their site.
Wanted to replace prescription sunglasses that I lost with the same frames. My eye doctor no longer carried them but the glasses person gave me the information and l looked on-line. You had the best price. I decided to get a second pair so I will have one prescription sunglasses and one non-prescription to use while sailboat racing or skiing.
