To anyone who wants to know how the poeple of SPECIALTY FINISHING really are, in particular BRETT EBY. This company, whose address is 4200 South 121st Plaza Omaha, NE 68137, CHEATS PEOPLE. The story begins when I buy them a Mutoh printer for the price of $6100 with an advertisement that said verbatim "WORK PERFECTLY". You can check it on eBay under the advertiser 'specialtyfiniahing' and you can, as well, read my feedback. They sent the printer (prints more than 100' width) with the printheads up, of course the ink dried and due to this the nozzels were clogged. When I received the printer, I realized the mistake they had made and therefore I sent an e-mail, just arrival of the printer, notifying them of the error made by them and the consequences it would lead up to. Two weeks later, I could test the printer and, as predicted, the nozzels were clogged. So, I called them to ask them how they were going to solve this problem, since the mistake was made by them and therefore they should fix it. BRETT EBY, who represents the company and with who I made the deal with, response was to not take any responsibility, looking for excuses, and I quote directly from his e-mails, as "we are not engaged in the sale of printer", " operator does not work more in company" and even got to say that "we don't know anything about printers" and "the last time we used it, it worked perfectly, several month ago". Of course he never said "before broken". At this point, and for the record, it had been weeks of mails with this person. And up to today he still has never, I repeat, never denied the fact that they made the mistake. As well, for the record, I want to make this clear: Specialty Finishing, which bills millions of dollars a year, has cheated me $6100 + repair costs, that until now are $3000 (I had to change six printheads, which I managed to get for a cheeper price after hours of research, plus the cost of the technician. For those of us in this business, we know that $3000 is very cheap), and the printer is still not working. THE PEOPLE FROM SPECIALTY FINISHING ARE NOT DECENT, THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS, THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. THEY CHEATED ME, THE PRINTER NEVER WORKED, and now I must close my small business because I have no more money to buy another printer or to finish the repair of the one i bought to SPECIALTY FINISHING, so I am starting this campaign so no one else makes the same mistake I made with these liars.
