Booked in at 10pm, had a free taxi to the residence which I couldn't complain about. Took a while to book in as not many staffs, left my belongings at reception which was easy. Got free pj's and left to my own accord. The door struggled to open from the inside which I got told was normal?…. Can't fault the free water and food, didn't get offered any breakfast but then again it was a free hotel, the cottage pie for dinner definitely wasn't halal which I wasn't happy about and the customer service I would say poor. The beds not very cozy and no television. Awful signal and wifi connection too. Overall I would stay here again but not my number one choice, think I prefer Alcatraz.
I had a large amount of money taken, I knew who took it, I immediately phoned 999, told them the guy was 2 miles away and said i could go and get him and retrieve the money, they told me to stay put as i could get myself into trouble, and that they would deal with it straight away, 2 days later they phoned and said they had made a mistake and they hadnt actioned the call and an officer was yet to be allocated to it,
6 days later and after making numerous calls to them I still havent had any news from them never mind an officer coming to see me.
I have always been a law abiding citizen, but no more, next time I will handle it myself, my advice to anybody is dont trust the police, they are a complete waste of time, no wonder south yorkshire police has no trust in them from the public, confidence in them especially from me has disapeared,
It doesnt pay to be on the right side of the law,. Believe me
