Save yourself the headache and never order from them! I placed an order for the first time on their website on 10/11/2014 and I will never purchase from them again. First of all, they messed up my order by sending me someone else's which means I also received the other person's invoice with their personal information on it. I get it, mistakes happen, but it's how it's handled that matters. I called customer service and they claimed that this never happens and they can't believe it. Yeah right! Somehow I doubt that this kind of mistake is the first time with this crappy company. Most companies would say either keep the item for free or they will send a pre-paid label to ship back. They did neither of these things. They said to ship back and pay with my own money and I'm thinking are you kidding?! They said they will pay me back no problem. I did not like the sound of it and wanted a pre-paid label but she insisted it will be fine. My only other option was to ship it back or pay +$40 for an order that I didn't even want! Ridiculous! I wanted to keep my calm so I said fine and shipped back with my own money. They said I would get my package on Tuesday. Friday still no package. Finally I received it Saturday, but all this time I did not receive one follow up email letting me know the status of my order. Not even the first time, I never received an email telling me my item was shipped, nothing. I am a huge online shopper and 99% of companies send a follow up email stating when the package is shipped. Even with their f@$k up, they still did not follow up letting me know what is going on. What they did follow up on was a bunch of emails and phone calls asking about future orders and to let them know if I need help with any orders I will be making in the future. Are you kidding me?! How about follow up on the current order instead of trying to sell me on future purchases? Get the current order right before even thinking of asking about future orders! After I received my correct order, I wait and wait to see the credit for my shipping fee to show up on my credit card and nothing. I called today and the rep said she would call back within an hour to tell me the status. 4 hrs later, no call. I call again and she said they will credit me back for future orders instead of giving me a refund. At this point, I've had it. I said I am never planning on making another purchase again, I want my money back, not a damn credit. The idiot just said she can't help me, I am only getting a credit and not money back. So these bastards basically stole money from me. They tell me they will pay me back and go back on their word. They mess up the order and make customers pay for shipping the item back. What kind of business is this? I am dumbfounded and pissed off. I hope this company goes bankrupt because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. They need to spend more money on hiring employees to service the customers instead of hiring a bunch of sales people. Word needs to get out about horrible service like this.
