After one hour and saving my work, it took me to blank screen and I had to enter my information again. This happened three times. It leads you to believe this is free, but then makes you pay at the end and will continue to charge you unless you cancel. Not worth it. Should have never done it, but I needed the resume and I had already gone through so much entering everything 3 times that I purchased it, but I would not recommend anyone else doing this.

The experience was excellent. I appreciate how the process was "user friendly" and great tips while completing each section.

I hate it when sites claim to offer FREE services and then subsequently charge me. It's annoying and often a waste of my time. It also, takes advantage of a persons desperation and fatigue.

This was so easy! I just wish there was an opt-out option for the auto-renew after 8 days...I am happy to pay for a week but no longer!!

I like the ability to work on the resume over several days. I was under the impression that this was a "free" service, so was surprised that there was a fee at the end. I also don't like that you can't add new sections to the pre-made format and that you can't have skills in two columns.

This was the easiest builder so far. I was actually happy with the layout this resume builder really made easy and was well worth the 5 bucks.

Overall excellent experience. Currently though I would like to add additional references and it is telling me about the template being expired. Help.

great product, although it's one of those things that come up on Google as free, but is only free to a certain extent.

The formatting setting up the resume and entering information is very seamless and smooth, no headaches, it has actually been fun to make a resume using this site!

Was mislead. Search brought this up as free resume template. Only after spending a huge amount of time, did I learn it WASN'T free. And there is no professional feedback for assistance.

yep, you advertise "free". Spent an hour filling out the template then get charged to have a copy... LOLOL you should run for congress.

Purchasing of the service should be stated at beginning of process to make aware to consumer, not at the end with a surprise.

I'm just starting back to work after being a stay-at-home mom for 29 years. The directives made this resume experience easier than I thought it would be.

This website says FREE RESUME this is not free! The only reason I am paying for this is because I have spent time doing it. I will be cancelling this today!

I was looking for something to use that I would not have to pay. It was a simple resume, and I guess it was worth 5 dollars.

I was not told there would be a fee and the document was lost and now it appears the work history is backwards

It was great until l was force to pay for the resume when in the beginning it was stated to be free.

I spent a couple of days "logging on and off" building my resume then when finally done and go to download, it says I have to pay for subscription in order to get my finished "FREE RESUME"... ITS A SCAM AND THEY NEED TO STOP USING THE WORD " FREE "... A BUNCH OF B. S.!

don't like the automatic charge for the month, unless you cancel. That should be an option, not automatic

Spending hours on creating a new and updated resume. No way to edit a section once you "save changes". Then if you want to print it to use a REAL free service, you cannot. RUN AWAY!

I did not know that this was a subscription service and do not want to pay $39/ month for terrible service and features. I'm disappointed that this company performs business in this underhanded manner where they make a product sound as if you can get a single resume built for $4.95 and then try and sneak in a monthly charge on the billing statement that is sent to an email.

They prey on the hurried and the desperate and its no wonder they have to have an entire page on their website dedicated to answering "Why are you charging Me?" This shows that this is common problem much like those old magazine subscription scams.

This was touted as a "free" resume platform, imagine my surprise to find out I had to pay after doing all that work. Is it worth 5$, probably, it shouldn't have been a trick though.
