I purchased a pair of Miz Mooz sandals as a Xmas present on 24th Nov 2016, on 23rd December a parcel finally arrived but was from China and contained a fake cheap pair of ugly Gucci Sandals, not the sandals I ordered. This site should be shut down, so many other people have been scammed by these people. Just google it and see! They have no way of contacting them other than a contact form, and of course message are just ignored. Stay away from them and warn your friends!

Similar experience - An absolute scam, ordered shoes for $150 and I received a butt ugly pair of white plastic pumps in the mail. No way to contact them or get compensation. A harsh reality hit about online stores.
Why are SO MANY of these shonky based, heinously dishonest online shoe sellers based in CHINA? Not cultural difference more like a SIGNIFICANTLY dishonest national trait.
DON"T use them and should u find this review after paying them (as has happened to me) put a STOP on the credit card you used for payment IMMEDIATELY.
I received my parcel today for some Ecco sandals that I paid AUD $95 for plus P+H which also included a photo on the website www.slimm.com.au. What I received 15 days later (today Friday 9 December 2016) was a pair of fake Louis Vuitton sandals that had the same smell of glue! They took the payment immediately and sent me knock off sandals. This website has to be closed down - it has to be. I have submitted my report to Scamwatch.
I ordered a pair of Jambu shoes for about A$ 150 from this website. About 3 weeks later I received a totally different pair. Some cheap, plastic pumps, smelling quite toxic of glue. The kind of shoes you get in 'cheap as chips' for 9.99.
Trying to return the shoes I found no return address, no physical address, no email address, no phone number, nothing on the website or the receipt. The only way to get in touch with the vendor is an online form. I completed it four times - needless to say nobody ever responded. I now deal with Mastercard to try and get my money back - but I'm not holding my breath.
