My experience was good. When I called for help finding the right wheel spacers the CS guy was very helpful. I got the 10mm spacers fast and they look great. I Would buy from Slickcar again.

Back in 2013, I ordered a air intake for my lexus, my order number SW-205789, I looked through my old saves in my email and realized I never got my intake lol, spent $71.00 of my hard earned money, especially while being a sophomore in highschool at that time. To this day they haven't replied to the message yet! So please take my word for this, and DO NOT buy anything from them! They will process the money and leave you hanging!

Back in 2013, I ordered a air intake for my lexus, my order number SW-*******, I looked through my old saves in my email and realized I never got my intake lol, spent $71.00 of my hard earned money, especially while being a sophomore in highschool at that time. To this day they haven't replied to the message yet! So please take my word for this, and DO NOT buy anything from them! They will process the money and leave you hanging!

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything, they are not trust worthy. 5 years, and they have not answered my question about if they shipped my intake lol, just took the time to look through my emails and saw that, so just helping future buyers, don't buy anything here!

So far the worst online buying experience for me, by far. A month after taking payment to receive a product is not acceptable. My order was finally shipped, still haven't gotten it, but I'm convinced there will be something wrong when it arrives. Just one of those feelings. Perhaps Jegs, Summit, Del City and host of other online vendors I have dealt with have spoiled me with their efficiency. Do yourself a favor and skip Slickcar.com. I only wish I had checked here first.

Ordered chrome fender trim for my lincoln on 4/8/14, no got. Called, four times, voice told me mail box full, please hang up. Sent three e-mails, no response. Next, I'm calling my Attorney General, and then, I'm calling Florida's Attorney General. These people need to be put out of work, plus refund my money!

Ordered a set of halo projector headlights, which arrived broken and uninstallable. When I called to have them replaced I was treated poorly and told it wasn't their problem. They will do absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. I'm out money and time on this purchase, the worst purchasing experience I've had to date. Will not ever purchase from them again and would warn anyone looking to buy car parts not to purchase from them.

Ordered Several Items in August for truck. Received 1 piece wrong item, sent it back 4 weeks later, finally got the piece. Received second item over 4 weeks later. Called on 3rd item 4-5 times, always told, waiting for shipment. Called again when item was to ship, they said no longer carry it, it is for a 2013, which makes no sense. Been waiting over 2 weeks to get my money back, still have yet to receive a refund. This is the absolutely worse company, I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered OEM Fog lights for Toyota Corolla on 2 July 14, as of 11 Sept 14 no product. No one answers the telephone, messages are not returned. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. This place advertises but does not deliver.

The web site is down. The SlickCar.com store is also GNU Industires, Inc. various listed at locations on NW 55th street in Sunrise FL. Current telephone that actually works is *******674.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Ordered some items for my 2010 Buick enclave in Febuary of 2014. Received all but one of them. I called them to let them know there was an item missing. I did manage to get to talk to someone at that time. Was told it was back ordered. I check back in april... was told june. I write an email to follow up. They responded by telling me that They're not sure when the item will be available and they'd submit the order to accounts to refund my PayPal account. That was in mid June! Like other complaints I have read, it is impossible to contact these people! Stay the hell away from this site! I'm out 90.00.

Sent product back (confirm he sign for it) and never got refund over $200 hangs ups it a one man operation. Now the 800 is disconnected. I have turn them into the athorities for fraud stay the hell way from them.

Sent wrong product. Blamed me for their item description and picture being wrong. Told me they'd correct it, two weeks later they had still not even ordered the correct part from their supplier.

Bad customer service. No return phone calls. They don't do what they say they will do. 2 months and still waiting for an order to close. Only received partial order. This place really sucks and I don't expect them to stay in business. Lost about $300.00 Dealing with this company is like playing craps and it looks like I crapped out.

I ordered a catback exhaust for my rsx type s from slickcar.com. I have absolutely no complaints about slickcar.com. I was on this site the other day looking at reviews about slickcar.com and made a comment stating i hope my order is not a nightmare like some of these stories. Ryan from slickcar then contacted me via email to let me know that i have nothing to worry about and he included my tracking numbe. And yesterday i got my package and i couldn't be happier. I will use slickcar.com in the future and refer my friends to it.

I ordered an alarm system for my wifes Chrysler. They have said that the alarm system was not sent by some error... called 2 weeks later to find out what happened. They said the alarm will be sent 2nd day Fed Ex. A week goes by, still no alarm system. I called today and luckily got a hold of somebody. Being tired of their crap, I demanded a refund of all of my money. They did not want to refund, but finally said he will process the refund today... we will see...

Can't believe the way they run this company! BE AWARE!

Website states "Usually ships next business day" - This is a loaded line of BS

This guy (Broken English BTW) is middle-man. Just as many of the reviews below state: This company took my order, got an email verification. Then they withdrew my funds, but no shipping confirmation or tracking number was provided. (Sketchy -Right?)

After contacting "Customer Service" the emails I received were condescending and rude. I am a customer and deserve to be treated as such!

This company uses it's customer's orders to "Float" money to it's suppliers (Basically uses it's customers as a bank) in order to fulfill orders.
(Be aware! They call this "Verifying available funds" - Totally ILLEGAL to withdraw funds prior to even having their hands on the part!)

How would you feel if your money was taken, but this company has to import your part? - This can result in customs x-ray hold (1-2 weeks), part damage return (1-2 weeks), or wrong part return (1-2 weeks). Am I to assume that my only hope is to pray that the part doesn't come in damaged? Obviously this would only result in a further inconvenience to me, "The Customer".

The website is truly misleading.

I am currently in the process of trying to have my funds returned in full, because I will never support such poor business ethics. I can only imagine how many customers they have taken advantage of in the past.

It will be interesting to see if they try to charge me a 15% re-stocking fee. I have to laugh at this point, since my part was NEVER IN-STOCK!

Hope you found this review useful. As a small business owner myself, I would NEVER treat my customers this way and refuse to support such poor business practices.

Ordered a set of halo led projector headlights, a HID High Low beam conversion kit and a set of euro Tail Lights. They sure named the outfit well "slick" The tail lights were manufactured incorrectly and had to be modified to fit, one Halo did not work in a Headlight, one headlight bulb was flopping all over, improperly mounted. Paid $600 for their junk and they did not even have the decency to reply to my request for assistance/help with the problems. They sell junk, stay clear, word to the wise. Must be China counterfeit trash. Slick crew is right.

After waiting on a long overdue order, I spoke to an supervisor. This was when it turned really bad. After a cold and blunt run around on why my order would in fact take another 10-15 business days I cancelled it. I spite about negative reviews and was then told it would take 45-60 days to get a return. Whatever you do Never use this site.! Never"!

Ordered $900 rims 2 weeks later no rims called many times no answer finally got a answer he told me he had to contact the warehouse which he could not get a answer told me hed call back never got a call back

Site said 24 hours shipping so I ordered simulators for my dodge (394.00). 3 days later I called for a tracking number. Customer service told me it had shipped but they could not access tracking numbers and I would have to go on website to request it. So I did so and 10 days after order still said tracking request pending. So I called customer service again and was told they were on back order. I got pretty ugly with the guy and told him exactly how I felt. He apologized and said as soon as they arrived they would ship them to me. Weird though after I called 15 min later had a tracking number and was at ups to to make its way to me. Wouldn't trust them. Guess if you use words like "IM CATCHING A PLANE IN THE MORNING AND I HOPE YOUR THERE WHEN I SHOW UP"

Ordered Halo head lites for 2006 4Runner. Site indicated they would fit 2003-2006. I received lights for 2003-05 4Runner. Call placed to company stating they sent the wrong product. I was told they sent what was ordered and I was "ignorant for ordering the wrong part" Yes these lights fit, but with no place for a directional not DOT compliant.

Lights have been returned and I have recieved a partial refund, but I am out $48. In shipping charges. Site promises to pay shipping if they send the wrong part. Now they are arguing the lights they sent were correct and even with a packing slip & product label stating not for my 2006. Stay away from this site. While prices look good at first it is not worth getting screwed by this company.

STAY AWAY from slickcar.com. I ordered brand new LED tail lights for $250. Recevied them two weeks late. Opened the box up to find... used LED lights! No oem packing or box. The tail lenses were dirty and wet, obviously returned by prior customer. Called same day for RMA, and was told one would be emailed to me in 24hrs. That was two weeks ago. I emailed them... on four different occasions for the rma and no answer. So today, i sent the whole package back to Slickcar and called my credit card company to not pay and to never accpet any charges from this company

I ordered a audy A4 blk euro tail lights kit on the 27 jan 2014. I receved a payment comfirmation for paypal but did not receved one from them whit my shipping tracking number. I did order some angel eye halo head light from a other suplier on the same day and i receved my head light kit on the 13 of february 2014 so i called slickcar costumer service to know whats appening whit my tail light order. The guy was telling me that the did not receved my parts from them supplier and that is was supposed to get in there shop on the 17 february and that i would receved a tracking number and it be shipped to me and i would get my kit 3-4 days later... i called back on the 21 february because i did not receved my tracking number. The custumer service people told me that my parts are still in ''purchase''. That means the didnt receved my parts and the expected them to come in in 3 day and then the are going to send me a tracking number and the kit to my home... so i'm still weating! Oh and by the way i did wire and install my audi A4 angel eyes halo head light that i order from some other good and serious website and it look amazing!

I ordered a "Commando KE-40" keyless entry system (it says so on my order confirmation). I received a "Scytek G25/G20" system. When I called to return it I was told they would refund the sales cost but I had to pay all the shipping. They said the "G25/G20" replaced the Commando product and admitted they hadn't updated their web site yet. I search and found that I could have bought the "G25/G20' system at many different locations for less money with additional components i. E. a motion detector and an alarm siren (in some cases with free shipping). To me advertizing a certain item and sending another is fraud! I suggest avoiding this company, there are many stores that sell the exact same stuff and do so honestly.

Placed order for LED tail lights and Grill for 300C - after 2 weeks finally received the lights only part of them didn't work. Never received the grill. Continue to get the same tracking number as the lights - UPS has no record of the grill! No one will return my emails now on the grill and this has been a month. Now I have to fight with my bank to get the money back on card since it is a debit card and not a regualr credit card. Oh joy! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company!

You do not want to order from this web site i ordered a grill that i paid for and never received i was told it was on the way and it never was so i told them to credit my money back to my account and right to day they have not credited my account of 109.19 and i would not recommend this web site to my worse enemy they do not like to do as they say and will rip you off.
