Thank you everyone I almost sign up but after viewing this review I gave up. Thank you all.

Worst SEO company ever. I, an inexperienced computer geek, know more about SEO than this company does. Look at their "proof" list and you'll find the keywords they supposedly get to page one, or no longer there, or are so incredibly easy and have no competition, that anyone could get them on page 1.

I lost about $1000 to these a-holes. They supposedly had a "30 day money back guarantee" so I thought, why not give it a shot. Well when I was disappointed and called requesting my money back, they said they didn't know what I was talking about and there was no money back guarantee.

5 minutes later I go check their website, they took the "money back guarantee" page down! They scammed the crapped out of me! I will be taking legal action against this company soon.

Their customer service rep, Crystal, is the worst! She'll yell at you, call you an idiot, and then speak over you and hang up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Like the rest of the reviews on Site Solutions, Total Joke, and does nothing but take your money. I Spoke with a guy who says he was the owner, Lawrence. Lawrence is a great salesmen, He got me to login to a team viewer function and was waving his mouse all over my site showing me how he could improve my "GOOGLE PAGE ONE ORGANIC" He had me thinking he was the best at SEO out there. After a bit more chit caht... I signed a contract, Red flag, But did it anyway :( and then I never spoke to him again and could never reach him for questions! My account rep was Crystal, She only communicates through emails, another red flag. I believe she really does not exist. Eveytime I attempted to Contact Crystal over the phone, she was sick, in a meeting, tied up... Ok, another red flag. Once my product was done I asked them to show me where they installed the information reference my website? They passed me around on the phone to voice mails, no one was in or available, no one at Site Solutions could ever show me on my Web Site where the information was inserted. I also went through a list of logins on my site and it never show Site Solutons logging on to my admin side of my Web site with the login I provided them. RED FLAG again and Concrete Proof they never did anything for my site! This Company is only about taking your money, Never sign a contract and be sure you can have that personal contact and ability to contact who you need for questions and answers. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET SCAMMED! OF COURSE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING MONEY AWAY, SEND IT MY WAY :) I did locate a Company Named Precision Web and SEO who did get me ranked on page one and two depending on the ranking each day, However Precision Web and SEO has increased my Call Traffic and bottom line Big Time over what I was doing in the past. Try Precision Web and SEO, I believe you will be more than pleased.

Absolutely a scam folks! I can type a freaking 10 page review on what these guys DON'T do and LIE about. Just stay away from them. Evil, evil, evil.

I paid them a couple of hundred dollars to improve my web search standings. There is absolutely no evidence that they did anything for me. Buyer beware.

A client of mine was scammed by them and lost a couple thousand dollars. Site Solutions builds a bunch of fake/spammy links to sites that HURT the sites in the long run, because Google is watching for these more than ever. And all of the money paid for the links is wasted anyway, because they disappear in about a month. The owner, Stephen Lochmiller, refuses to show what actual work he has done to meet contract terms, which is not surprising, considering that he has been convicted of fraud in the past and his entire family seems to have been in similar trouble, including his mother, father, and brother. I am a small business owner that wanted a search engine optimization company to bring our company higher on search engines. I did my research and chose Site Solutions.com. They did a great job selling. I was to recieve a report on meta tags and ways that I can help optimize our website. They were to submit our website to 8,000 search engines monthly for a monthly fee. On July 1st, 2010 the money for the report was taken out of our account. The salesman told me and a receipt was emailed telling me the report would be emailed to me with in 7 to 10 business days. It is July 28th and still have not received the report. I lost confidence that they will do what they say they will do. Who knows. They could have sent me a reciept each month and did not do anything--how would I know?
I called them and they told me there are no refunds for the report which I did not get. I wrote a letter cancelling my service and put in a dispute claim with my credit card company. In my opinion: They do a great sales game but can't follow it up.
