I HAVE E-MAILED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR HELP TO GET SETUP AFTER I SENT THEM $100.00 BUT GET NO RESPONSE. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS.

Well I purchased the system with the hope that I would increase my odds of winning at my favorite lotteries. Attempts to email Mr Silver took me to links that did not answer my question. He is really not available or reachable. Every other link was another product being marketed. I am still going to try the system since I already paid for it and at that point I will update this message.

03/14/2010. So basically, the Silverlotto system prompts you to create a "master profile" of about 120 possible lottery combinations. You are then to gamble using your combinations. What I don't like is that at one dollar per game for most games, it becomes really expensive attempting to play all your combinations. I would be torn up if I played my first twenty and the winning numbers showed up in a combination I didnt play! Now Mr Silver is adverstisng a new "system" called the "Winners Circle" which encourages players to pool their resources to increase their winning chances. He wants you to set up a recurring payment to become a member of a 50 person team. He states that he will pool the monies from all 50 people and play games for the group and then supposedly split the winnings, should they win. Thing is, he won't send copies of the tickets, so how do we know whether or not he is even buying tickets on our behalf. The money that you invest in this new "system" is nonrefundable and naturally, it is a lottery, so he is preaching the "no guarantees" policy. I am not saying that these systems may not increase the odds but it sure costs a lot and the one man is making CERTAIN MONEY IS MR SILVER! There is a guarantee FOR HIM... Your Hard Earned Dollar! He is the one who smiles his way to the bank in New Zealand, if that is where he really lives.
